🚨 CRIMINAL SYNDICATE & CAR THIEVES - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Zoomcar is running a massive organized crime syndicate and nexus with fake guests to steal vehicles! My first car (Nexon) crashed and has been rotting in their garage for 8 months since January. They maliciously closed my claim saying "checklist not filled". How on earth can a host fill a drop checklist when a crashed car never reaches the drop location? It's a pathetic excuse to avoid payouts!
It gets worse. For my second car (Thar), I explicitly CANCELLED the booking twice suspecting fraud. Yet, Zoomcar forcefully allocated it, and their own customer care bypassed me to start the trip for the guest! That guest turned out to be a hardcore criminal who mortgaged my car the very next day and is currently in jail for a rape case! Zoomcar claims they do "ID verification" but they literally hand over your cars to rapists and dacoits.

Only think for customer
It’s just a customer oriented app thinks only for customer benifits not for host take 40% margin just little money left with host also only 250-300 km should be free then there should be a charge of 10-12 rupees per km you cannot take out service and maintenece cost

Do not rent. They will charge you a large deposit and never give it back to you.

I tried for airport delivery, but when I tried to book it’s not working as expected. Some cars are not available for airport delivery but still it’s getting listed.

STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM APP..I booked a car and paid 21144 for the booking firstly it was showing car will arrive at 9am then after paying the money it said car will arrive at 4pm.. I waited at the airport with my old mum,wife and 2 kids.. Called the support more than 15times no help at all..all the customer service reps were rude and kept on disconecting the call abruptly.. Car arrived at 4pm but could’nt start a trip as the support kept declining my genuine documents.. I am a tourist and provided my Indian DL, aadhar card, international DL also my international drivers permit but they kept declining and gave no reason. The booking still shows under verfication. I had to hire a different car from a nearby rental and continue my trip to Munnar.. PATHETIC APP..PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I NEED MY FULL REFUND..

Rental experience was just okay. My first time car rental went smoothly but I had to cancel the booking multiple times recently due to non availability of vehicle.

I had booked Zoom Car from Nagpur Airport, Host never responded for car delivery and there is no way you can get hold of Zoom Car customer service. Hosts kept cancelling the booking stating their cars are not in good condition. Pls do not use Zoom Car
Refund and booking amount needs to be returned on time
Booking amount should not be locked until hosts confirms the car. Many times host rejects booking and we need to manage with available options and booking amount gets locked and we will have to wait 7-10 days.
