One can’t pay with this terrible app
The worst user experience ever. I’ve tried all payment methods and all of them give error messages. If this airline goes bankrupt, one knows why.

Sad RB cant get even the basics right
Useless app. Check in not working as says passport details are missing (despite these being added in profile and app not asking for these during check in). Once checked in, no boarding pass, no information on terminals departure or arrival (anywhere! Incl ticket), no departure actuals /gate etc. A decent app costs sub £100k to develop, great on sub 500k. Running out of money RB?

Booking portion broken
Please fix and optimize the flight booking option. After route search, can’t proceed to select flight after pressing ‘Select’ as it reverts back to search screen. Using iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Can’t open app because of terms and conditions deleted it as fast as I installed it

Can’t open app as the box to tick T&C is outside of my phone screen hence the app is useless if user can’t log in.

I can’t understand why Royal Brunei have developed…and updated an app that clearly doesn’t work properly….don’t you guys make bookings to test the app? If you did …you would realise how it’s not a very efficient method of flight booking…I think many potential pax will try booking on other sites…and maybe other airlines

Worst App I ever came across
Wouldn’t let me check in online. Selected seat is free but kept asking me to pay before checking in. My personal details are not updated and gender is wrong despite I saved them on their website and APP more than twenty times. And the website said my birthday was not entered just before checking in and had to go over again ..and again. Was it because my ticket is RBValue type?

RBA recently upgraded their systems, unfortunately for UK users you can’t use anything on this app as it doesn’t seem to recognise that your ticket is part of RBA, but they claim out with Brunei it’s a “travel agent” you then gave to contact London RBA to sort out travel details ie seats & your still not guaranteed getting that.

I was hoping for a mobile boarding pass, but the manage flight option just exited the app, opened safari and took me to their website!

Useless. Can’t search anything
Is this App even working? Flight Search page does not ask for destination, only the date. And then, any date, or combo of dates entered, is rejected. Useless.

Sorry, there are no flights...
Change search dates, search for timetables, change cities... this app doesn’t show up any flights though I know through the RB website they exist. I want my time back.
