User reviews

Absolutely not

I trust the owners of this gym about as far as I can throw them. Constant half-answers and lies; every photo the trainer’s wife posts is photoshopped (plus she’s had about $20k in bad plastic surgery). Give your money to people who actually deserve it.

Not for me

The app doesn’t provide anything of value or different than what I can find with a free google search. Plus the constantly bad grammar just made me lose confidence in the legitimacy of this program. Very poorly written, some sentences were barely decipherable. I’ll stick with F45.

Really wanted to give it a chance

Gave it a go, but it’s really not that great. When I asked a question, I got basically a ‘just do whatever’ response. Even in the descriptions there’s a ‘just sub whatever’ note, and that’s not exactly helpful? I don’t see the value in spending $25 monthly for an app that doesn’t give any real guidance or realistic modifications. I’ll stick with peloton.
