I would highly recommend this app. Customer service is top notch not only that but authentication process is one of the best if not the best. They did their homework and hired only the best from major reputable companies in sneaker game. I also really appreciate how the creator of the app reaches out and checks up on members. He really cares about the community and it shows with every interaction. This app puts such positive spotlight on the sneaker community bringing so many awesome people together.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
Did my first sneaker trade on this app 12/28/25, UPS “lost” my package. I emailed RTRO and did a chat with customer service on 1/4 and got a reply on 1/8 on the chat and nothing on the email. I got in touch again with them on 1/13, telling them that I filed the claim for them and UPS needs their info. They replied the next day saying they will look into it. Got in touch again 1/24 and they got back to me 1/31 saying that there are no updates. Got in touch again 2/11, they said the same thing after 3 days. So I got in touch with UPS, they said they are still waiting for paperwork from RTRO. It’s been more than a month they didn’t do anything! The same thing happened to me with Tradeblock, they did all the work and settled the claim in 3 weeks and replied to my question a day after at the latest. Messaged RTRO that I’ll file a formal complain with the BBB, GUESS WHAT they replied the same day. Use TRADEBLOCK even if their fees are higher they got your back! RTRO WILL LEAVE YOU ALONE IN THE DARK TO FEND FOR YOURSELF! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

Bringing the love back
This app is bringing the community feel back to sneakers and streetwear, it eliminates the big brother floating head in the sky vibes you get from apps like goat and stockx, i love that i can directly speak to other people in the sneaker community and also even their support team. Shoves notifications down your throat
I want to like it, but because I don’t have notifications enabled, it spams a pop up asking me to enable it every time I open the app. It’ll infinitely ask you to enable if it’s ever disabled.
Borderline Unusable
The app is mostly great, but it has so many bugs and glitches that when you try to do anything it will freeze or quit the application.

Solid trading app w better fees than alternatives
Avid sneakerhead / trader here that has done a lot of trades. I found rtro and the platform is very smooth feature wise, has lower fees than its competitors, with a quick support team that has addressed issues when they come up. Ive even brought traders from other platforms here and theyve enjoyed it as well. Will keep trading!

UPDATE! 😬
After a few good trades. 1 of my trades fails authentication on the other traders end.And although they do ship your shoes back, they don’t offer anything to compensate for the time wasted or for the time they entertain your money for. I think it’s really unfair to the other trader who complys with all the rules/terms&conditions, just end having to wait Days to get your money back and days to get your shoes back. To end up getting absolutely nothing. It makes me a hesitant to keep trading.

Excellent App
At first the app was kind of confusing opposed to others similar I’ve used. Now it’s my go to app, easy to use, lower fees than others, and shipping/authentication times are quick. Have yet to have an issue and support is quick to respond with questions asked. Definitely recommend using this app for trading!

Up and coming company
Been using RTRO for about 2 months now and have been pleased with the results making 12 trades within that time as opposed to 23 over 2 years with another. Fees for trading are much lower than other apps and the support team was quick and helpful when it came to an issue with a trade.
There are a lot of UI changes and improvements that could be made, but the CEO has personally reached out for feedback, which is rare to see for any company. Community is a bit low, but will grow as they stay around. Will continue to use the app as it bring the most to offer!

I’ve had the privilege, of buying, selling and trading on RTRO and it has been a pleasant experience. They have delivered exceptional products and service. It has not been without issues, but the RTRO team made it right each time. The app is simple and very user friendly.

Great Support and fairly intuitive
I received quick support on an issue with the app. So far it has been fairly intuitive to use.
The fees are not as expensive as other apps which is always nice.
One feature I hope the team considers is a way to filter when selecting from your or other traders closets

Great app, great team
Was looking for alternative to Tradeblock and found this app. From the jump with the ability to import closer and wishlist they started off right. Had a few questions and support was a chat away and responsive. Complete my first trade and it was a great experience. Less fees. I email contacted support for the free shipping offer that got rolled out days after my trade and they put a credit on my account. I hope people see this review and come over to RTRO to trade. Oh and you had the ability to sell your shoes on there as well. 10/10
