Terrible app
Can’t cancel even if the driver has not been found for over 6hrs. Can’t arrange anything in the meantime.
I did manage to secure the driver after 8 hrs but was a no show at end @ 3am and was forced to get a Grab and it only cost 5sgd extra from RushTrail.
Refunded due to no show.
Do NOT use. Maybe cheaper than grab or taxi but I’d rather pay a little bit more knowing my rides won’t be cancelled or no show.
