Be careful of wrong billing and financial loss
We rented 2 bike with hello ride. We have completed the ride at 2:04pm but the app has charged us until 2:16pm for 2 bikes. Despite us trying to appeal the cost through different channels, their CS said they will not refund us the extra charge and instead offer us a free ride… this feels like a forced transaction to me. Just watch your bill if you want to try this.

Absolute Scam.
Never used before. Tried to park in incorrect zone. Bike locked and wouldn’t unlock so I could move it so the only option was to pay a fine. Refused to refund me. We also used Anywheel which allowed the unlock and repark function. Do not recommend
