Remove Auto renewal

Hi team
I noticed that money was deducted from my account due to an auto-renewal subscription. I was not aware that the subscription would renew automatically. Please review this charge and provide clarification on the renewal process. I would also appreciate clearer notifications before future renewals. Thank you.

Use it in Kuala Lumpar

I used this for the few days I stayed in Kuala Lumpur

Easy to ride, goes fast without much pedalling. Relatively cheap and fun, you see so much just looking around riding. 1RM to unlock, 0.35RM per minute of use. Would use again!

Don’t bother using

The bikes are bad quality. One of my boyfriend’s brakes did not work. There are no helmets. The chain was loose on mine. The app however is the worst thing. It does not show you where you can park, and it locks you out of moving the bike (eg locks the bike) so you can’t move it anywhere in an attempt to park it in the right spot, meaning you’re guaranteed to get a relocation fee. Don’t bother with this app.

Relocation Fee

Parked at the bicycle parking lot, the QR Code is no way to be find. Take a photo and submit for appeal, charged you extra 5$. Good user will straight away know this is a part of strategies to earn your money and you won’t fall for second time. I can just ignoring it without paying but this will create a chance for them to improve. So as a responsible user, I’m here to remind every user to use this with your own risk!! Mood changer app.

Trash app

Would pick 0/5 if possible. Where to begin…

- irritating popup warnings -check
- 3rd party adverts - check
- fraudulent bike return fines - check
- issues with payments - check
- poor gps - check
- false bike locations on map - check
- map not keeping up with location - check
- feedback ignored - check
- can’t submit bike faults without photo, even when photo adds no value - check
- poor interface - check
- long loading screens - check

This is just the app - the bikes themselves have a 3/5 chance of being faulty, dangerous, completely unrideable, not unlockable or not lockable. This app and service needs urgent and wholesale changes asap.

Parking GPS rarely works

I always park in the designated area and scan the parking code. The app usually says that the bike is not in a designated parking area and charges me a $5.50 convenience fee.

Random fines for no reason. Avoid this scam app

Random fines for no reason. Avoid this scam app

complete utter waste of time

the app doesnt tell you if a location has bikes that are unavailable for use wasted time and money at a location that bikes but non available

Worst app ever

I payed 6 bucks and it wouldn’t even work and they not giving me my money back don’t spend any money on this it’s really bad. Please give me my money back

Next to useless

Sydney bikes are almost all out of power or vandalised/damaged or low on power if bookable. Zero customer service too

Not Transparent payment information

HelloRide is convenient, but the pricing is misleading. The app gives the impression that rides cost about S$1 per hour, however when you actually use it, the total comes to almost S$4 per hour. The rate breakdown is not clear enough, and users only realize the true cost after being charged. Please be more transparent with pricing.

Terrible compared to lime and Ario

In order to pay a $4 bill you gotta have $14 in your account because they hold $10 hostage.
Go to Ario or lime instead, with them you can start for $1 and if you don’t have enough to pay the bill you can pay in a later date. They’re 100% better than these spoilt thieves.

App parking error in seletar

Have contacted customer service but never reply back and having this issue for one month already have to submit appeal every single ride which is so troublesome if cannot fix then i want refund

In-app 3rd party ads

诱导下载,设置歧视价格。买了套餐还要额外付费

Inducing downloads and setting discriminatory prices. Extra charges even after purchasing a package.

Inaccessible return locations so they can fine you

Signed up for a week pass, and went riding across Singapore. The return location was reporting in the middle of an intersection, so I parked the bike safely under cover as near as I could safely get… and they charged me almost as much as my weekly pass as a fine for “indiscriminate” parking. Use another bike app.

Email authorisation

No sense in authorization via email. It always redirects to the login page using the phone number

Rules not clear, support not effective and take money

I have surely packed and scanned packing QR then purchased again $5 even I bought hellopass. I properly end my trip.
Why still charged a relocation fee? No need packaging A to A, I take A parking and end Parking B.

I properly end trip.
Why still charged a relocation fee?

Charged an extra $15 for now reason

As the title says. An extra $15 charged for no reason.
