Tries to order replacement trash can, stuck on the screen of “placing pin on the map” and the address lookup does not work, no workarounds either. The app is garbage!

Worthless

First request I tried after hold for 15 minutes was not available. To make a request pictures are shown??? I have no idea what this means. Picture are not logical. What city service does an umbrella represent. Another big fail.

Not sure it even sent my request

Sign in via Apple ID does not work. Text boxes don’t even have normal spell check or suggestions available like capitalize a single “I” and I am sure many other issues if you look closer.

Ask for account creation, then sends email confirmation...but confirmation link does nothing. Cannot create and verify account.
