App does not work
Tries to order replacement trash can, stuck on the screen of “placing pin on the map” and the address lookup does not work, no workarounds either. The app is garbage!

App crashes before it even loads. Running latest version of iOS.
Worthless
First request I tried after hold for 15 minutes was not available. To make a request pictures are shown??? I have no idea what this means. Picture are not logical. What city service does an umbrella represent. Another big fail.
Not sure it even sent my request
Sign in via Apple ID does not work. Text boxes don’t even have normal spell check or suggestions available like capitalize a single “I” and I am sure many other issues if you look closer.
Cannot create account
Ask for account creation, then sends email confirmation...but confirmation link does nothing. Cannot create and verify account.

There is no way to actual do anything on this app
App won’t stay open
Been trying for weeks.App immediately shuts down upon opening, even after reinstalling.

Crashes when you try to open. What happened to SeeClickFix?
Doesn’t work
Downloaded app. It opens then flashes and closes. Tried to reinstall, same thing. Non -functional.
Completely broken
Won’t open at all on iOS 14. App seems to be abandoned.
City doesn’t actually do the work
App seems to work fine but all tickets go into a void of “transferred to correct department” and marked as completed although they never actually get done. There’s been a huge oil spill on my block covering the sidewalk for 6 months that has never been cleaned. Don’t bother attempting to use RVA311, your work won’t get completed.

PRIVACY VIOLATION
The agents at 311 also use this system to input requests called in. They publish names, addresses and contact information on this portal for ANY user to see. This is a MAJOR privacy violation.
