Clunky
I’ve been using this app for two years now and you still have a problem sending me the departure forms when it’s time to pick up my camper. I always have to call customer service to have them. Send me a pick up form because it doesn’t automatically show up.
New update bricked the app
App was working fine until the latest update. Now I have to use the website until they fix it.
New UPDATE server error
I updated this app 7/16/26 and now it has a server error and I can not use it. PLEASE FIX immediately.
Cannot believe the poor communication
I made a reservation for 3 RV’s in February’26 for August of’26. Only one was on this site luckily. On 6-25 I was looking for some details on the rv and could not find my reservation. It had been cancelled 3 weeks prior! Did I get notification No! I only found out because I undated the app on my phone and went through it to check it out. After I sent them an email I was told that the reservation was canceled. I have a home that I rent out thru VRBO and ABNB so I have experience with customer communication and this group is not it. I am looking at a 25% cost increase. And I still haven’t found the money they say they returned.

App is fine
Most of the app is great and easy to find what you’re looking for. The four stars is for the messaging system. It doesn’t update while talking to the renter. I have to go out of the inbox and go back in. Normally we just end up sharing our numbers but some don’t like it. Just an annoying and I hope easy thing to fix.
Update after this season of rentals. Absolutely the worst calendar use. There months were off and I didn’t even notice until I was scheduling with my doctor and missed my appointments because I use the RV Share calendar. Fix this!!!!!

I was so impressed by the cleanliness and the well stocked camper. Everything was just perfect. I had a great experience. Five stars on everything
Needs a festival friendly search filer
I want to use this app to book. We always end up using outdoorsy since they have the festival friendly search filter and rv share does not. With rv share you have to click on each listing individually and check the rules. I’m sure you guys miss out on a huge market because of this missing search filter.

Customer support and roadside assistance was very very poor!
It’s way to expensive
Rv share is making so much more money then the host himself ! How is this even fair ! Especially their insurance is outrageous! That makes people don’t even want to reserve after all their fees !
Good app but issues
I have not been able to submit any departure or return form because the app will not load photos and you cannot submit without photos. It’s also time sensitive which is very annoying. Everything else seems fine I think the RV Share additional costs on top of rental is excessive. 3 day rentals for people are around $500 and the renter sees about $100 of it.

Horrible, booked within the same month and because it was in the 30 day period of the month (not specified) I’m unable to get a refund. Won’t be back.
Guy Bailed Day Of
Worked for months to plan a family reunion. Needed a little extra space and this service seemed like a great alternative to an Airbnb. We booked the camper months ahead of time. The guy knew where it was going and when. Day of the trip the guy comes to our home but was so scared he couldn’t back the camper into our drive way. He sped off leaving us without a place for our folks to sleep. Will never use again.

IPad
Please update iPad support to use your app in landscape orientation. Currently, when I open the app on my iPad it’s only portrait orientation which isn’t the worst, but typing is much easier to respond to renters through the app since I have a keyboard attachment. Would love to be able to do that.

Insurance punch in the face!
Requiring me to obtain your overpriced insurance is a scam!! My insurance covers my vehicle and anything towed by it up to $300,000. I should not have to buy a policy from you for 5 days at a cost of $274 for coverage I already have.
Overall enjoy the experience using RVSshare
I have really liked using this platform to rent my RV. My biggest complaint it that sales commissions are taken out of delivery fees. A true out of pocket cost of operating the rental especially at 6-8 MPG while towing. I would give 5 stars if weren’t for this.
Systematically overcharge for insurance
They literally charge three times what other providers charge. And the deductible is higher.

Forms
This app deletes partially submitted forms and pictures. It is not intuitive to return to where the forms are. No direct customer service / contact me.
Poor app capabilities
If you can’t do a Departure and pick up form on the app what good is it? I always have to go to my desktop to do them. Am I missing something or does this platform need a revamp?
