Terrible app
The apps is poorly optimized for tablets and cellphones, with constant crashes and glitches that make the app unusable.
AMAZING
Words cannot describe how much I love RW elephant. Do yourself a favor and use RW Elephant if you have a rental business. The app is pretty incredible. I love the features it has for my drivers on the road. The only thing I would like in addition, is for the planning tab from the website version to also be on the app version.

It’s good but could be better
Look I love RW Elephant. It’s a great system they have and seriously all round good people. I understand some of the limits they have with the computer and app. But sometimes the app creates more work than just jumping on a computer. If I create a wishlist it has no options for editing all the dates. If I input the event time it will auto fill all the other dates and times with when I created the wishlist which creates more work when I jump on the computer. I can’t change a document from proposal to confirmed :’( like today I left my laptop at work and a customer is wanting to get the ball rolling but I can’t confirm it until I go and get my laptop. I can’t log in via my mobile even on chrome. So that’s a bit annoying. In a world we’re we are more mobile than ever I really don’t want to be carrying my laptop everywhere. Inbetween jobs I can’t make significant changes and send confirmed bookings because there isn’t s capacity to unless I’m at home or at the warehouse.
Where the app thrives is when it’s time to do jobs and you gotta pull and deliver. You can tell that’s where all the hard work has been put into because it works great. I can see it’s geared more towards the warehouse and delivery drivers but I’m small businesses you do wear all the hats so being able to do 95% of what you can do on the desktop should be available in your hands 🤷🏾♂️ that’s what we pay for.

Life Saver!!
We’ve been using RW Elephant for over a year now and when I say it saved us that’s an under statement! This software hands down has made our life’s so much easier its prevented double bookings, made accounts receivable manageable and overall has helped streamline our business. Thank you RW Elephant!

App constantly closing out
I’m not sure why but whenever I click on a customer my app just completely closes out and I can’t do anything. Very frustrating. Seems like there’s a glitch.
