Great idea, great service
Been using the app for ages and always thought what a great idea it was.
Following an iPhone iOS update (apple decided to overwrite my ‘do not install updates’ setting and junked a ton of my apps that no longer work on the new iOS!) I tried to use the RWRD app only to find I had been logged out.
I tried my usual email addresses and they all came back unrecognised.
I contacted the RWRD support email address and within an hour I got a response from Miles who told me the emails I had provided were not registered and suggested that it could be my apple-id email that had been used.
Sure enough, it was and I was quickly back online collecting more stamps (and cursing apple who believe they know what I need more than I do🙄).

Too much trouble to sign up
I downloaded and installed RWRD, and then began to fill in all the information it required. I was in a café where I wanted to use it, but immediately lost patience with the process, standing at their counter, so I have deleted the app, and am using the low effort physical reward card they offered instead.

App was not working following latest iOS update on 19.1.2026, but developers sorted it for me, thank you so much.

Love this App
I have SO many stamped card that I lose or forget to take with me. RWRD is a game changer - it’s the only thing that’s ever got me free coffees because I always have my phone on me. I only wish more businesses would sign up so I can use it everywhere I go
