Very slow and laggy
Bought this a few years ago and we keep having the same issue. The app is extremely slow and loads for quite a while meaning we can’t view the cameras properly and we have to wait. When the camera does load, it shows us the footage and then goes blank and continues to load. Overall I wouldn’t recommend very slow and you can’t even see the footage due to it being very slow and always loading.

Doesn’t work
Keeps disconnecting and forcing a reboot and reinstall. No directions were supplied. It’s not a surprise they were discontinued.

Slow and spotty
I’ve been using this app for a few years. Sometimes the camera feed comes up and sometimes it don’t. The fastest forward and rewind buttons never work to play something back. You click on the camera, and I have to keep manually moving it closer to around the time that I want to watch the cameras. I wish there was a different app to use with my system.

Push notifications stopped working
PLEASE fix the push notifications on new iPhones! The push notifications were working fine until I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 17 (iOS 26). Now, I no longer get motion alerts. I went through all the configs, and they are all set correctly. Seeing other reviews with the same issue, it is clear the app needs to be updated. I was not able to figure out how to contact support, so I was forced to post a review instead. Hopefully, the developer will see this and fix the issues.

This app is worthless. You cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network at all. I would be better off using Arlo remotely than this system.
