Not working for several days now
I am traveling and need to order refills so they will be ready by my return date. App will not function.

Still logs me out too often. But, in terms of getting Rx refilled and communicating with my pharmacy, it’s been a very solid app.

The only issue i have is all of my meds have not been transferred to HMCS. This is creating so much frustration for me. I cannot re order them. Therefore, i have to go to the pharmacy to get them ordered.

Update 6.2.1 Issues
The new status unfortunately shows all of my prescriptions as “Available”. Even if they aren’t. It used to show status as “too soon”, “filled”, “ready”, etc. Now it only shows “available” for everything. So now it’s worthless for seeing current status.

Easy Button
Great access to Rx, when to Refill, Drug Information, etc. And getting a Refill is what I meant when referencing the Easy Button!
Horrible App
It quit working for me months ago. I’ve even tried making a new account. It still does the same thing. It won’t let me log in and when I use information from medicine bottle, name and DOB, it says invalid. This has gotten to be so frustrating because I really liked the app prior to this.

Lost the Delivery Button / Option on Sheldon’s Express Pharmacy: Jasper #XX
Just wanted to let this be known to maybe get it lined out correctly and maybe someone can get into it and make a decision or change back to previous way when had ‘pick-up’ window ‘delivery’ window below it which made it easier on the techs and customers who are happy to pay for delivery when saving slowly for a used car. Almost there! Thanks to RX app for letting so many pharmacies use this simple & cool app.

Doesn’t work with Realo Drugs store
Won’t let me even sign up. Keeps saying my phone number is wrong or my name or birthday is wrong. They’re all correct, and this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to coordinate creating an account over the phone with a drug store. Just let me make an account and sync it.
Could be more user friendly
I love being able to communicate with my pharmacy through text but the UI could be cleaner and easier to use.

Love how convenient it is to order medication and to get meds delivered to your house. Usually have most meds in stock and never have to worry about it like most big pharmacy
