This app has been nothing but problems since it last updated!! I can’t get it to stop flipping the stupid pill and say “loading” for the past 3 hours!!!! It needs fixed!!!! I wish I knew why my pharmacy used this app!!! If I wasn’t so loyal to hometown businesses, I’d switch pharmacies for this app issue alone!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!

Poor customer service
I prefer using a local pharmacy when available, but I’m switching pharmacies because the customer service for this APP is so horrible. I’ve tried contacting them online, by email, and calling them. It won’t let me set up an account because they already have an account with my email address from 5-6 years ago. When I request a password reset the email never arrives and I’ve even checked my spam folder. They don’t answer or return emails. When I called I was told my only option was to request an unscheduled call back. As a busy professional who has calls silenced and doesn’t answer calls with an unknown number this isn’t an option that works. Terrible customer service behind this app. I’m moving to a pharmacy that has an app that actually works.

The app is a little hard to use and it seems refills are more difficult at times,especially if the script needs to be renewed by the Physician.
Very old school professional
In the day of corporate pharmacies, it’s nice to be able to do business with local people who take good care of you and make sure your needs are met. Five stars is all they let me give you.

New App
Love the new app it’s very informative especially with videos explanations of the medications… The only thing I don’t like is there is no price list of you medicine. I still have to call and find out how much are my prescriptions… Other than I have enjoyed the app. Keep up the great work…
Needs improvement
The app is great when it works but I hate not having an option to delete messages completely between me and the pharmacy. When I get a message that my prescriptions are ready for pickup, I am notified of all previous messages too, even if they had been read already.
Yesterday it worked, today not
That is the story completely. Sometimes the pharmacy gets my app messages, others not. Would be lovely if it would work.
Not working for several days now
I am traveling and need to order refills so they will be ready by my return date. App will not function.

Still logs me out too often. But, in terms of getting Rx refilled and communicating with my pharmacy, it’s been a very solid app.

Frustrated
The only issue i have is all of my meds have not been transferred to HMCS. This is creating so much frustration for me. I cannot re order them. Therefore, i have to go to the pharmacy to get them ordered.
