App is not accurate
It tells you that medications are ready for pick up and you travel to the pharmacy and nothing is ready. It’s never accurate. And this this about getting meds from the warehouse doesn’t work for me.

This app makes refilling my meds much easier. I can do it anytime of the when I remember I need to refill a medication.
Worked perfectly
I used this to submit my prescriptions to my local pharmacy. When I opened the app, all of my prescriptions were there. To renew them, all I had to do was to indicate which ones needed to be refilled.
The next day I got a message stating that the prescriptions had been filled and that they were ready to be picked up. When I went to the drugstore, everything was ready.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

User friendly
I use this app for all my prescriptions. It’s super easy to use. I can keep track of when refills are ready without making any phone calls. It’s just so convenient.

The App has been better in the past few months. Whatever the developers did, thanks for the work!

This is the easiest way to keep track of my prescriptions and when my refills are due. You can order, schedule pick up or delivery. The little things that make life easier.!
Needs Major Updates !!
Update 7/12/26 : App now glitches and will not allow sign ins of any kind. Have deleted app and reinstalled twice no fix.
This app is just getting worse…

And if a prescription shows up on your doorstep and you had no way of knowing it was even going to be delivered, they will not drop it off without a signature. And it will be sent back to the pharmacy and you’ll have to jump through hoops all over again.
This app is very low grade compared to other pharmacy apps. The only other pharmacy app worse than this one is Walgreens. Patients deserve the right to be able to see the status of their prescriptions being filled or to be able to see when they will be delivered. Patients should NOT have to message or call the pharmacy constantly to get very much needed updates on their prescriptions. And I truly feel sorry pharmacy employees who have no way to fix the app themselves….

Glitch galore
Horrible app that has continuous issues not launching. Constantly making you update password and is notoriously unreliable when it comes to updating info from pharmacy. I constantly plead with my pharmacy to find a new online app.

Horrible app
This app is terrible. It doesn’t communicate correctly with the pharmacies. It made me change my password and receipt terms, and then making me register again, but then after trying next button won’t do anything. Terrible design flaws.

Adequate App
This app is adequate to get the job done, but I don’t find it very user friendly. It needs more specific directions, easier ways to switch from 1 pharmacy to another to message, and the texting option gives a link to messages from the pharmacy but the link, when used, does not show the message. You must log into RxLocal & switch to the correct pharmacy by changing it to primary first. Only then, can the message be seen. If I am not using the app correctly and there are easier ways to do these things, then that is a lack of clear direction. I would love to see this app improved, especially for baby boomers and gen x’ers who did not grow up with but have had to learn technology. We are a huge part of the population and need help to navigate apps such as this.
