This app was already perfect. I don’t know why the pharmacy wanted to change something that worked great. Glad they are using the old app again. The other was awful!!!!!!!

Can’t log in
I have used and liked the app for a long time now, but today I tried to renew prescriptions and it would give me an error message. I saw there was an update so I updated the app: it logged me out and nothing I can do will log me back in, and even asking to change my password does nothing as I don’t receive any verification code. I initially logged in with a user name and now it’s asking for an email address, so I thought I’d re-register with my email. When I enter the information I’m told I already have an account. There is no CS info on the website, and clicking the link here for app help just opens the website. I have to hope that the reviews are monitored and I get an actual person to help me.
Edit: I see this has been a complaint for months with apparently no follow through. How can this app have a 4.7 rating?

UPDATE BROKE IT
This WAS the best pharmacy app I had, but the latest update logged me out and won't let me log in or reset my password.
As others have mentioned, resetting the password doesn't ever send the code to my phone or my email. I can't make a new account because my email address is already in use.
There is no other option to get help through the app or through the website.

Prescriptions
When I look at my prescriptions list, I would like to see what the quantity is and how many refills are left.
Wasn’t impressed
I’m writing this review because I was not impressed with the Pharmacy or staff considering they were the same brand of Pharmacy that I’ve used for most of my life DuQuoin medicine center but Carbondale medicine Center wanted to discriminate against me because of the medicine I took which is the same thing that happened at Walgreens and any big Pharma pharmacies so considering this is a mom and Pops I was baffled at the discrimination I did receive because of the medicine I take I should never be discriminated against because of the medication I’m on and this is a big problem going on that needs to be resolved

No App Customer Sevice
I’ve been trying to get this APP to work for six weeks. I’ve received zero help and lots of run around from the app support team. I cannot sign in on the app or the website and they can’t tell me why or when this will be fixed. Worst app I’ve ever had.

Everyone who works at CIS pharmacy is professional, courteous, and willing to assist. I couldn’t ask any more of them. Customer for life!
Login
The login page - I’ve had to change the password each time. It’s much quicker to call the pharmacy and complete the prompts.
Password reset
Password reset does not work on the app. It says it sends you the validation code but doesn’t send anything so my wife is unable to access our account.

Update sucks
The recent update logged me out and I cannot log back in. Won’t take any password with my email and when I go to reset my password I never get any text or email with the reset information. I know I have an account with RxLocal bc I literally get emails from them about refills yet no email comes through to reset password, not even to my spam folder. No text comes through either. Can’t get a new account however because one already exists with my email, of course. Small pharmacies, you will lose business because of the uselessness of this app.

Prescriptions
Be nice to see any pending prescriptions, I waiting on a prescription it’s been about two weeks now and I’ve not heard or seen any status updates again be nice to see if it’s approved or denied (some kind of status)

This app has now completely broken down and no longer works. Tried deleting and reloading multiple times with no luck.
