Useless app won’t let me log in even though I have a valid email and password that works on the website

The worse app and customer reward program I have seen in long time. Spent the last few hours trying to re-instate an existing membership and nothing. There is no place or number to call and is only via automated messaging. What a poor experience, shame on you EVT
I concur worst hotel app ever
You literally cannot find your reservation on this app. What is the use of this app if you cannot literally access your reservation.
Probably the worst hotel app
The most useless hotel app, there’s is absolutely no point in downloading this.
Doesn’t work
Useless, Had to go through the website to book after many tries. Even once booking was complete through the website, the booking would not show in the “stays” function of the app even when importing manually.
