The food ordering doesn’t work
Food ordering app literally doesn’t work. Renders it a bit useless.
Never works properly
After 4 visits the app has never worked properly, whether it be to order food at the Salt Bar for lunch or room service. Whilst the resort is fantastic, the app lets the whole experience down.
Food glitches
App frequently glitches and freezes with food ordering.
Often has to be deleted and redownloaded ( and then problems just recur)
