Not the best app!!
Never loads, always freezes & isn’t accurate with invoicing, doesn’t always show customers who are already set up! & the outstanding invoices are blank!

Now not working. Will not recognise email address and password.

Works for the most part, constantly freezes not allowing new invoices to be saved, search function is terrible… would only recommend for glancing at things or forwarding from mobile
Just really poor and can’t trust it.
Promoted from the web portal. Loved in OK and tried to scan two invoices for quick entries. It accepted them but then they just disappeared. Not on my phone and I can’t see them on my browser portal. I then looks around the app and could only find transactions from April 2024 (it is March 2026)
Slow and non functional
Horrible app, have to wait 15 mins for it to update and even then it struggles

Can never send invoice
Everytime I’ve tried to send an invoice from app it’s never worked. Been useless for me as an app. Much prefer Xero. Although it is more expensive.

Low quality app and web experience. Overpriced
Sage user for years. They’re getting worse. Web app is broken (wont’t display any sales invoices today). Yet they keep putting the price up to justify adding AI that I don’t want or need.

Communication
Downloaded app, have tried registering but it tells me account already exists, have tried to contact sage several times with no reply. If communication is this poor when trying to open an account you probably haven’t got a chance once they have your money. Will try quick books.
Uploading photos
The app is generally good and handy when invoicing on the go. But I always have trouble uploading photos.. the app will either crash or the uploaded image will change into a square which makes it not visible. The other issue is when uploading you have to make images visible - I think it should be the other way round and option should be to make images invisible if required.

Dreadful connection issues
I’ve been using Sage for a couple of years now, and it’s always been glitchy, but it’s got worse . If your signal is less than 3 bars of 4g then forget it . It logs you out rather than timing out so you have to do the whole log in process again, I have to re-log in constantly. The (keep me signed in) tab is useless as it doesn’t keep you signed it . I’ve had enough and will be switching accounts packages to another app .

Poor App Functionality
App keeps freezing when saving or amending invoices. Have to restart. Huge inconvenience. Will be switching if not fixed. No updates present.
Crashes every time
Easy to use and navigate, however I have to close down and re-open all the time. Rarely get past inputting 2 or 3 purchase invoices without it freezing/crashing.
Not always great
The issue I have is on windows, after the page has loaded,you attempt to click on an item and the page will drop just as you click I now have a substantial payment allocated to meals and substance. Issues that a professional company should have resolved a long time ago.

On apple ios 18 everytime I click on Taxes the whole app crashes.

Very simple app to use which is great as it can be used on the go. Area that can be improves:
1- takes too long to upload when you open the app. I thing it is downloaded from scratch every time. Would be good if data is held on devise and only changes are update.
2- would be great to have p&l account and balance sheet also on the app.
3- sometimes I have free time. Would like to update bank rec. will save a lot of time.
Still a great app and positive over time will only get better.

I can’t log into my Sage account on my phone but can log in on my partners phone and laptop so could you please get this sorted for me!!!!
