It is 2025 why does the app look like this? Its super slow. The interface is useless. Seriously its a digital era, a banking app should not look like this.

Banking app
This is probably one of the worst banking app in the region. It stayed analog when the competition went digital. The logins are antiquated and troublesome, getting information about your account and cards is a futile exercise. On a scale of 1-10 it’s a 0.000
Unreliable
This app is not reliable there’s not much you can do on this app, this minute you can see how to log in the next you can’t see anything
Embarrassing
This “app” is about 10 years old and needs to be brought into the modern age.
Garbage
The overall bank is straight garbage, not to mention the app. It offers little to no service whatsoever. It took a week to open an account and another week just to get a temporary password to access my account, only to find out that the app is 100% trash.
Not a real app. Just a website.
It is not a real app like some other banks have in Jamaica. It basically just shows the website which you can open up in browser (which is more user-friendly). I check every few months to see if the app has been updated into something real, and I am disappointed each time. One day I hope they will develop a decent (modern) app.

App crashes when logging in
For some reason, this app crashes whenever I attempt to enter my credentials to log in. I’m not sure if this is an issue linked to the latest OS upgrade but it doesn’t happen on my ANDROID phone app. No other banking apps requiring log in that I have experience the same issue.

Garbage app - feels like this app was written by cheap developers a decade ago. Sagicor should be embarrassed. No FaceId login, UX doesn’t let you paste passwords.

Interface needs a drastic make over!!!
I think it’s about time that this app undergoes a serious make over. Even if this app is an extension of the website it does not need to look the way it does. The design is from the year 2000…. It is prehistoric. I think you are loosing alot of young people because of how this app is now.
I see notifications about updates only to see the same interface.
Get it fixed. It’s 2024 going 2025. This design is not cutting it.

Desperate Need of an Upgrade
This App is outdated and in desperate need of an overhaul. This does not reflect well on the capabilities of the organization and is a potential deterrent. Kindly overhaul this App and do so immediately.
