We all Love this App and now use on Mac!
Other girls in the salon has been using this app and love it. They helped me get it setup and I have already seen the benefits. I can see cut and color was used the last and am always prepared for my clients. I am also able to enter notes and comments. I know that some of the other apps require monthly fees. Don’t see why you would need to pay more than this? Check it out for yourself. Happy I got it!

Not user friendly and if you want to use more than one devise, forget it! you loose all the information and there is no way to get it back!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had this app after year they send me update after update my all dada disappeared they have no costumer service no one answer and now i lost all my clients info.
OMG this app is nice - Great Scheduler & reminders
The app uses the Calendar and Contacts, so you’re up and running in no time. Keeps very detailed sales, payments and client notes. Have it on my iPhone and iPad. Would be nice if it was interfaced with Square, but not really a big deal. Also keeps track of my product and supply inventories..Nice!

Fine app for our salon - Great support team too
You really find out how good a company is when you have an issue. There were some setup questions that we had and the support staff was responsive and helpful. Although there is extensive help doc and how-to movies, we still weren't getting it. A few texts latter it was all good. Would recommend to any salon operator. New update added more features to scheduler.

What happened???
I’ve been using this almost a year with no issues and now all of a sudden most of my appointments have disappeared along with my history??? Now what am I going to do????
Great app for Scheduling and Reminders.
Just installed on my new iPhone X. Great job using the new screen especially in Landscape Mode. Have been paying monthly for an app that doesn’t do as much as this one. Scheduling, reminders, checkout and client notes all in one app, awesome. Converted all my contacts and hooked up with my calendars. A real winner!

Crappy app!!
This was the crappiest app I ever purchased for $7.99! I didn’t realized in order to use the other functions in this app such as message reminder, profits, monthly statements, etc....I have to purchase each individual one! I would like a refund and make sure they say before you purchase the app that only 1 feature is included. Crap crap!!

Happily using app for over three years now.
Keeps track of my clients, appointments and product sales. Easy to use and reliable. Would recommend for any stylist.
Don't understand why a few have had issues. Just watch the movies and follow the instructions and you'll have a great trouble free app with no monthly fees,

Works Well- No Monthly Fee!
The app is really working well for me. It is important to watch some movies and understand how the app works so you get off to a good start. I use the app on my iPad in the salon and have purchased the Cloud Sync so I can view and change appointments at any time. Just did my taxes and it was a breeze because the app had all the info I needed.

Very ineffective
Downloaded yesterday and the process of trying to get this up and running was a nightmare. Definitely money wasted on the app. I do not like nor recommend it.

We have been using the app for over a year now and have accumulated some nice history. It is interesting to see which customers are really good customers and others that you thought were good, but not so much! We keep notes on each visit so that the next time we can see know what works for the customer and what doesn’t. Avoid making the same mistake twice. I wish it were more integrated with the calendar app, but with the way it is designed and functional. Would recommend for any salon or related busines

Not user friendly!
Unable to easily put info and appointments in calendar. Not a separate calendar from phone calendar, therefore does not have option to put in service and time of service with client attached like a regular appointment book. Huge waste of money. Interface does. It work well with phone- screen not big enough.

Very misleading
I just purchased this app and was not aware that you had to purchase more stuff once you want to add information. I feel that the page before you purchase the app was very misleading and did not disclose this information in the main header!
Great app for Mani Pedi Services!
I am an nail tech with about 150 regular clients. I was looking for an app that could track all of my services, but was easy to use. With literally 3-4 taps per client, I can track my services and product sales and the polish I used. At any time i can see my numbers for the day or week and verify my credit card transactions, the coolest feature is being able to quickly review a clients history prior to the visit and avoids using the wrong treatment again! i can also keep comments for the clients so I don’t get them mixed up :) Best of all, no connection is needed, all the info is on my iPad.

Not working!!!
The app will not let me do anything. I can not transfer over my contact/clients. I can't make a new "project." I want a refund!!!!!!!!!
Not as advertised
If it is a salon program, why is it filled with electrical? No contacts migrated. Not worth learning
CRAP!
I thought I'd give this a try to track important notes about my clients, but I can't delete duplicate clients, access the calendar, and only allows the screen to be in landscape mode. I will be deleting and looking for something that actually works! I wish I could get a refund..... It's only getting 1 star, because I can't leave 0 stars!

Too many bugs to mention, but I will cover a few basics -
1. Sold on UK iTunes store but only allows $'s
2. An appointment takes you to the calendar where you can't select a client from your client list
3. Adding a new visit asks requires you add a contact - but again not from your client list!
4. Filling in Info on your client requires you hit save at the end - but then it leaves you hanging!
5. Services are not listed alphabetically - just the order in which you entered them.
6. Simply exists when ever it feels like it.
