What a joke
I should have known not to trust a company that has so many secret discount models for big gigantic stores. They make money off the small artists and sell their junk to big box chains for next to nothing and turn a blind eye when their own policy of anti diversion is being broken. This company is a joke:

Not working
App hasn’t been working properly and it’s frustrating
I AM SO CONFUSED
My RDA turned into SalonCentric. Went in for the first time — get talked into the app. They circle my customer # on the receipt and say I can use that to login or whatever. Well SalonCentric, I have tried to do just that and here’s how it goes:
“Looks like you already have an account” (when trying to create one)
Okay.. let me reset my password?? “If there is an account associated with this email you will get a reset link”. NO EMAIL RECEIVED. Hm. Weird. Let’s create an account using the customer number. “We sent a verification code to your email” TO WHAT EMAIL??? Because again. NOTHING RECEIVED.
Cant tell if it’s an app glitch or just SalonCentric in general.

Terrible app. It never works and i can never shop on there. 0 products show up it’s just useless

regardless of how many times i’ve joined the pro rewards program it never actually logs any purchase, plus I can never actually order anything through the app because it returns 0 products on every category and brand. it’s laughable how awful this app is
New update
This update is terrible nothing will load! Very slow!
One of the worst apps I have ever used
An incredible amount of bugs. I have no idea why this company doesn’t care about the functionality of something so vital, but out of protest, I will be switching beauty supply stores until they fix the app.

This app is the worst, I have had to go to the competition almost every single week this is the most annoying app I have ever seen ! Won’t let me in at all total waste of my nite
This app does not work.
You click on the “shop” tab and it will glitch out. You search up products and it says there’s zero results, even if looking up something simple like a brand name. I read a response to a review saying to log out and log back in. Did it. It has locked me out and glitches when I try to log in. This is by far probably the worst app experience I have ever encountered.

Store Locator
I really like the app overall and haven't had any issues with how it works. My only complaint is the store locator. None of the SalonCentric locations near me are available as options, even though I live close to two different stores. Because of that, the closest location I can select is over two hours away, which means I often have to pay $20–$30 in shipping when I should be able to pick up my order locally. It would be great if all store locations were added to the app so customers can use the stores closest to them. Other than that, I have no complaints and really enjoy using the app.

No longer works
This app was very useful in the past. Now, there are zero search results, no listed inventory to speak of when navigating to different brands, etc. the only thing it’s good for is showing my loyalty card at the store. The website isn’t much better. Every time I go to log in, it says my password is wrong. Then I reset to the exact same password and it logs me in… until next time smh

I hate that I need this app
There is absolutely no way this app has 4.8 stars. It is the worst app I've ever used. I need to shop at SalonCentric for my business and you would think that they'd like to make it easier for you? Instead, it glitches constantly, doesn't remember me, doesn't display my points, won't let me change my info(when I can find it), and almost never works. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!! Love it when it works
I've been using this app for quite some time but lately it's been horrible. All I get it the main page and it won't open can't even pull up my code to use in the store. I hope there is a good update soon.
Customer service is terrible
Unfortunately our hair picking orders up at the Carmel Mountain store has become very inconvenient, it doesn’t matter anymore if they have your cc on file. The manager which everyone is manager there is useless. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve been a SC client for over 20 years and this actitud from the workers there is absurd.

Terrible App
So glitchy it’s basically unusable. Constantly freezing, unable to scroll through products, and other challenges. There’s also an endless error loop when trying to set preferred location that makes it impossible to see if the product is available near you. So frustrating.
Horrible app
The app is glitchy and hardly ever loads and when you search for products that are in fact carried It will say no results found and pop up random classes instead. This app has been horrible for years and I don’t understand why It hasn’t been fixed to work better and be more user friendly. Also you can’t misspell anything when searching a product either or It will say no results found they should make It so It says “did you mean “matrix” “ and pop up products like every other website does with auto correct. So annoying. I procrastinate when i have to make orders because I dread how miserable It is to use the app!!!

App needs help!
App takes an incredibly long time to load, especially when pulling up member card. Also, when using the search bar to find products yields “no results” which I thought meant the store didn’t sell the product.. until I searched for Shades EQ and it still came up with “no results”
Literally doesn’t function
Tried downloading and setting up my information, but I can’t even do that. It will not let me get passed the page where you put your information. Y’all really need to up your game in the technical department, Salon Centric. This is worse than the government webpage
