Inconvenient
Now that Salzburg buses stop to sell tickets at some places this is the only way to get one. However, this app provides such a bad user experience that this actually leads to a worse service. It should be a lot easier and quicker to get both a 1 hour as well as 24 hour ticket. For both it takes multiple steps and require entering card details every time. It does not support Apple Pay or even selecting of my saved cards, this makes it a pain to complete a purchase

Very Poor
While it is possible to do most of the necessary tasks to plan and execute a trip using Salzburg‘s public transport system, the user interface is awful. It is difficult to impossible to purchase multiple tickets for a family trip all at once. The bus departure times are completely unreliable.
Terrible - Worst design for a group traveling. Take an Uber and safe yourself a ton of grief!
So awkward to use for multiple group. Almost virtually impossible. I became so frustrated that we toke an Uber. It locked up so many times it was so frustrating. If you want to get frustrated and waste your time, this is the app for you. Take an Uber! Salzburg has taken a black eye!
It does the job, But…
It does the job. but it wont let me make an account, i dont have an Austrian address. It doesn’t have apple pay so i have to put my long card details every time.
It also crashes lots.
I don't like how you cant just buy an hour ticket and and manually validate or do it on the bus. Instead it gives you a slot of time from when the bus is meant to have arrived. This poses problem if the app crashes mid payment and when you go back on app the ‘slot’ is unavailable.

Everything a Transportation App Should Be
Excellent transportation app that is easily navigated by someone from an English speaking country. I wish places in Canada were on par with this.

Diese App tut genau was man von ihr erwarten kann, und noch mehr. Kann mir irgendjemand sagen was diese unsinnigen Bewertungen mit einem * und in Englisch sollen? Frustrierte hacker aus Vorder-Asien, oder gelangweilte kids die nach einem Helikopter Service oder der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt suchen?
App error. Can’t buy tickets
This app is really unreliable. Most of the time you can’t buy a ticket and some bus stops don’t have ticket machines, so it’s always better to carry some cash

Can’t Purchase Tickets
I used to use this app to buy a ticket every time I rode the bus. Now there’s an error every time I try to purchase any ticket at all. Completely broken for several weeks.
