IOS App says password wrong
Android App says password is correct. App Dev team needs a revamp. Is the CIO sleeping or don’t care about the mobile banking

No option is given to delete personal payees. When the payee is saves with an error, we must have right o delete that payee
Cannot login after new update
After the new update on Nov 2021, I cannot login to Vishwa app using the username and password. However I’m able to login using same password in web. They need to test new versions before publishing.
Cannot login
Cannot login to the app for 4 days. And app was auto logout for the last several days.

The app is always crashing when I click on the menu items. UI is also very sloppy.
The most useless app in the App Store history
Very poorly implemented. The login system does not work at all if we use faceID or fingerprint. Even with password login, it does not work right and my phone does not even save the password.
There’s a small (Third Party Payments)
I wanted to do my payment with Sampath Bank app to transfer cash to my other account from another bank but it said that third party accounts (Sampath Bank) and I couldn’t transfer cash to my other account please try to sort this issue as soon as possible
Poor Development
Looks like sampath bank don’t have enough technical experts, at least please try some overseas banks app and get knowledge , this is just wasting time with my iOS device.

The latest update of the app is much nicer and has a native feeling than the other banking apps.
The app never crashed, everything can be done through the app including transferring of money to payees.

App keep crashing
I am using sampath bank app in my iPad, and iPhone both keep crashing after using couple of times.
Once delete the app and reinstall it works fine for couple of time then again keep crashing.
Please solve it.

Login Issues
I am a Sampath bank customer who is accessing my bank online but now with the sampath bank IOS app, cannot login as it is asking me to provide a OTP verification number which has been sent to my SL mobile number ( I am located overseas ). These kind of issues have never been addressed when a new technology is put in place.

Can’t login to Vishawa Account
Even this app request to login to Vishwa account it shows error all time and can’t login.
If app is not working please remove.
