App is trash
Great and easy to utilize
Much more than just Samsung
Not realistic
If you mean 1 lakh (100,000) steps in one day, the distance depends on your stride length.
On average:
* 1 step ≈ 0.75 to 0.80 metres
* 100,000 steps ≈ 75–80 km
A quick estimate:
* 100,000 × 0.75 m = 75,000 m = 75 km
* 100,000 × 0.80 m = 80,000 m = 80 km
So, 1 lakh steps is approximately 75–80 kilometres for most adults.
but for most people it is extremely difficult and not practical to do every day in 1L steps!!!!!
If 1L steps on everyday means
* 100,000 steps ≈ 75–80 km of walking.
* At a normal walking speed of 5 km/h, it would take about 15–16 hours of continuous walking (not including breaks).
My opinion is
For general health, 7,000–10,000 steps per day is a realistic and beneficial target for many adults, though the ideal goal depends on your age, fitness level, and health.
So it’s fully scam recorded steps and achievements
So plz tell me anyone is it correct challenge????
Review of Step Count Accuracy in Samsung Health App
These figures raise questions about the accuracy and fairness of the rankings. They can also be discouraging for people who are genuinely trying to stay active and improve their fitness, as it becomes difficult to compete with what appear to be inaccurate or inflated step counts.
I would encourage Samsung to review how steps are tracked and validated to ensure the leaderboard reflects genuine activity. This would help maintain user trust and provide fair motivation for everyone using the app.
