App no longer connects
It worked great until 2y ago. I can connect to photon wifi network, but app no longer can function
Can’t connect to Connect
With iOS 14.6 and iPhone 11pro, I can connect WiFi to the photon network in settings , but unAble to continue device setup in the app after.. continue button disabled. Don’t see any updates to this app in past year. Is it discontinued?
Needs Improvement So It Will Work
This App worked great for a week. It then lost connection and no matter what I do I can’t get it to connect back to my WiFi. How will I know if dehumidifier is working properly or if it malfunctions? Please get the App working!!
What a useful app!
Works great. Really nice to be able to change and see real-time humidity, and temp levels from the app. Setup was easy what more can I ask for? One glitch is the mapping opening Message cannot be turned off even after you selected don’t show again. Other than that it works great!
Needs improvement
The app rarely remembers my login, and asks me to set up my device almost every time I open the app. Also, no notifications of humidifier being offline, spikes in humidity, etc. needs improvement.
