Mobile App
App with same old options and features from years, no changes compared to the changes in recent technology and advancement. Being business once basic entry level software for SAP completely ignorance for users like us. In today’s world mobile app is the most important tool for any business owner to have access to data anywhere. Feel so bad to still use the old school app even after spending huge amount on AMC for SAP being a small business owner. Hope SAP focuses on Business one app and make the changes soon.

Problema con iPhone air 17
La aplicación se queda congelada en el apartado de los módulos, y hay que forzar el cierre, se realizó la prueba en otros equipos iPhones de la serie 17 y funciona bien, pero en mi iPhone air no funciona se queda congelada

No update and upgrade
SAP should discontinue this mobile app. They last updated 4 years ago. No feedback taken seriously and no update/upgrade. Why offer a product when you cant maintain it.

Die App funktioniert überhaupt nicht mehr. Auch die Verwendung im Demozugang ist nicht möglich.
Security Issue Needs Resolution
While using the SAP Business One application, I encounter the error: “The certificate for this server was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.” This error, indicating that the server’s certificate is not trusted, prevents me from using the app. SAP B1 integrators have been unable to resolve this issue for a long time. I expect an update or better support to address such security problems and improve the user experience.

Honestly SAP, this is just embarrassing at this point. It’s been a year since an update to this complicated PIA app?
If you aren’t moving forward with Business One just tell us. You seem to be falling more and more behind other SME ERPs. B1 seems to require an integration for everything now and doesn’t have viable mobile apps or web clients.
Get it together SAP or just say you aren’t moving forward with it. This is beyond frustration for all of us.

Not User Friendly
Tried to add a work notification and this is the most cryptic GUI I have ever had to work with. I am utterly stunned and shocked at how long it took to to make a simple work notification. It was so frustrating that I couldn’t even type my name in properly out of mass confusion in navigating your software. Very disappointed. SAP… more like SAD. In all seriousness though, next time you plan on updating your software, try to minimize your categories so it will take less time for the customer to do the task.

No funciona en iOS 15, solo da la opción de cerrar o usar un entorno de prueba pero es imposible configurar un entorno o un acceso productivo… por favor corregir esto!!
