Doesnβt work consistently
Many times the app will just hang and your only choice is to not save your work and exist that screen such as create new ticket. These types of problems have been going on for a long time but I finally decided to rate the app.
No notifications for ticket updates
For new tickets I get a notification, but for a customer that responds I donβt. Iβve updated and tested everything but nothing seems to work. I also have it enabled in Apple settings and in the Freshdesk app with everything on.
Horrendous company
The manner in which they do business is scandalous. Their customer service is inept and they absolutely refuse to let you cancel services. Avoid at all costs.
Mint is JUNK
The scaling in this app is an utter joke. Good luck trying to see a semi long ticket title. I would give it more stars, but they are actually making the app worse over the last eight years Iβve been using it
Untrustworthy Billing changes
Weβve been using Freshdesk for a few years now and they have changed the service limits and billing multiple times.
Feels like a hostage situation so weβll be moving away from this company and their products.
Nonprofits are both time and money starved and this company keeps wasting both of us.
