What happened?
App was great. Now every time I change a value it takes 15 seconds to update each field. Takes 2 minutes to update fields and then close the work order.
Stops working if you don’t update it!
Forces you to update else stops working, when i skip an update even if just once i can’t open a ticket until i update

Every time there’s an update, the app just crashed
Always something broken
Genuine piece of garbage app they always update and break something else
Doesn’t work consistently
Many times the app will just hang and your only choice is to not save your work and exist that screen such as create new ticket. These types of problems have been going on for a long time but I finally decided to rate the app.
