Every time there’s an update, the app just crashed
Always something broken
Genuine piece of garbage app they always update and break something else
Doesn’t work consistently
Many times the app will just hang and your only choice is to not save your work and exist that screen such as create new ticket. These types of problems have been going on for a long time but I finally decided to rate the app.
No notifications for ticket updates
For new tickets I get a notification, but for a customer that responds I don’t. I’ve updated and tested everything but nothing seems to work. I also have it enabled in Apple settings and in the Freshdesk app with everything on.
Horrendous company
The manner in which they do business is scandalous. Their customer service is inept and they absolutely refuse to let you cancel services. Avoid at all costs.
Mint is JUNK
The scaling in this app is an utter joke. Good luck trying to see a semi long ticket title. I would give it more stars, but they are actually making the app worse over the last eight years I’ve been using it
Untrustworthy Billing changes
We’ve been using Freshdesk for a few years now and they have changed the service limits and billing multiple times.
Feels like a hostage situation so we’ll be moving away from this company and their products.
Nonprofits are both time and money starved and this company keeps wasting both of us.

Dead app
Removed free tier - lost access.
Please make the app better not worse..
I’m a fairly new customer. I was slightly disappointed with the app when comparing it to desktop version from the start. I was optimistic progress was more likely over time. However I did the update only a few days ago, this update has made the functionality on iPhone worse. I’m looking for improvements not slides backwards. If I could wind back to the previous version today I would?

Great app..
Use this app all the time, it’s really good..but just wish the filter would save.. and not have to apply every time..
Dark Mode?
When can we expect a dark mode update? This seems like a day 1 feature that’s missing and drop dead easy to implement.
Slowly becoming garbage
App started off great when it was first released ever since the last update came out whenever you dictate a reply from your phone or only records half the message and then only sends the client half of a reply. Trying to reply and mark things as pending client response also does not work half the time. For what we pay, Freshdesk is slowly becoming garbage. Please stop changing what works.

Let down
I’ve never had to close and re open an app more in my life. The app won’t let you send a reply because the “body of the text is great blah blah blah” and you have to close and re open the app just to send a response. The app also has “a new update” to provide bug fixes but the app just sucks straight up

Can’t change viewing in ticket to show newest reply first.
Voice to text no longer works
Since the last update, voice to text no longer works in this app. Please fix this.
Ok but needs more functionality
Some key features of Freshdesk on the web are missing in the app version. The app does not show the ticket summary section, and now the app does not let you see the conversation thread with newest messages on top.
Used to be good
They started messing with this application a couple of months ago and obviously don’t do any testing. Took out good features then put them back in.. It doesn’t appear that they ask their customers what they want or what’s broken. Disappointing.
