Toggle Online or Away, or let it auto-sync with your work schedule. - Add and manage your out-of-office hours from the app, including entries for a teammate, and let ticket assignment adjust automatically. - New fields and validations now supported for Tasks

Too many options

The navigation is pretty clunky, but mostly intuitive. My real complaint is with the actual work flow forced by Freshservice -

Clunky

The app is very annoying to navigate. You have to edit the properties just to see model numbers and phone numbers. The ticket categories are different in the mobile app than they are on my PC dashboard. This makes it hard to find the tickets I’m looking for. I constantly have to sign out and in to the app. Other than that, it’s great.

App Messed Up Since Update

Ever since the new update, the app will log me out about every 12 hours. When logging back in, it takes me to the screen to select an account, but when I do it won’t log back in. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it every 12 hours. I miss my Freshservice app!

No longer works

We use Freshservice for our help desk.
Unfortunately over the last few months the app has got worse and worse. Can no longer access tickets, change the status or the assignee. We have had to stop using the app. And are looking at an alternative provider.

Support sucks

Have a major defect in product and tech support has been working on it for 3 months and still no resolution. Very sad.
