Support sucks

Have a major defect in product and tech support has been working on it for 3 months and still no resolution. Very sad.

Got logged out?

Any reason why I was logged out? Do I have to keep login in every time ?

So many limitations

Use the website instead. It’s much more functional than this app. You can’t update ticket status easily, can’t associate assets easily, can’t associate to changes or problems easily, and The most annoying limitation—can’t open pictures in tickets. Have to tap/hold, then save to camera roll.

App will no longer login

I am unable to login to the app after the latest update when using Safari as my default browser. I get stuck in a loop with SSO. I changed my default browser to Edge and it was able to login with no issue.

Garbage app

Everytime I try to sign in it opens on a new browser and once I sign in nothing happens. I have tried multiple times
