Cannot Print
The app is working fine, though the only issue is that I’m unable to print any payroll statements from the app itself. If you could try to fix this bug, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Why is it impossible to add 2 different companies in 1 app? I am employed in different companies that use this same app and it’s just letting me sign in just one? It’s a waste!

Until recently, it was possible to download a pay statement. For over a week now, it's no longer possible on my iPhone. ALL updates of the app and iOS are current.
Can’t share or save documents from app. Poor App support
Latest update provides a “useless” share button. I mainly use this app to access pay statements and save them electronically. Since this update, when I press the “share” button nothing happens. I have searched all through App, App Store and developers’ website in order to report a bug with the app, but there is no where to do this. So a bad review seems to be the only way to

Terrible app
I'm just using this app for 5 minutes and it's already a disaster. Can't even export or share a paystub, the button doesn't work. Useless app

SuccessFactors is actively painful to use
I need to be blunt: using SuccessFactors is one of the most frustrating software experiences I’ve had, and the problems are not edge cases — they hit on basic, everyday actions.
1. Approvals are unusably slow. After I click “Approve,” the system hangs for over 10 seconds before anything happens. For an action I perform constantly, this is indefensible.
2. Every page transition costs me 10+ seconds. Navigating anywhere means staring at a loading state. Multiply that across a normal workday and it’s a staggering amount of wasted time.
3. The help tooltips are broken and infuriating. These explanatory bubbles pop up, and looking at them does nothing — they will not dismiss. They reappear endlessly, and they’re positioned right next to the buttons I click most, so they constantly get in the way of the actual task.
Individually these would be annoying. Together they make the product feel unfinished and disrespectful of users’ time. This needs to be fixed — performance on core actions and the tooltip behavior are not optional polish, they’re table stakes.

Can’t Access Wage Slips
The app was fine until the recent update and now I can’t access my wage slips.
Freezes on login
Can’t even login, page freezes after typing in email so unable to use it

So difficult login with MFA. You check on MFA and switch back to SAP App and it makes you restart all over again. You have to be lightening speed to login with the MFA and then it still fails. No success at logging in.
