Not a bad start, but still needs some work.
In general the app works well. It is easy to submit an issue to the city, with or without pictures attached. But, there are still some improvements to be made. There needs to be a way to resubmit an issue when it hasn't sent correctly, without editing. And an issue needs to be "closed" when the work is done, not when a work order has been submitted to the proper department.
