Has to be the worst app in the app store
The amount of times I have been logged out of this app is ridiculous. Then when trying to log back in or even register a new account, you can’t because it will just say “error invalid”. Can’t press order now because it will prompt you to login in. Which you can’t do because this app sucks. As bad as the ratings for this app are, you would think Sarku would do something about it. But clearly they don’t care. Terrible app and even worse company.

Nearly impossible to order
App doesn’t allow for you to order a beverage. It just comes up with a menu that says size required, but won’t let you click anything. Trying to leave feedback in the app, pretty much the same thing happens. It’s like whoever threw this thing together didn’t bother attempting to do basic orders in the app once they were done.

app is unusable, just a blank page and an error message whenever you open it. absolute buns.
App is terrible
I select fried rice or noodles but it doesn’t apply or show on the order so I always end up getting default white rice.
