I select fried rice or noodles but it doesn’t apply or show on the order so I always end up getting default white rice.

Was working & now it is not

I work at the mall and I have 30 minutes for my break. Ordering ahead on the app allowed me time to pick up my food and actually eat it. Now, I’m standing in line to order and barely have enough time to take a couple of bites before returning to work because your app is not working! You are located in malls so please consider those that work in the mall!
