Has to be the worst app in the app store
The amount of times I have been logged out of this app is ridiculous. Then when trying to log back in or even register a new account, you can’t because it will just say “error invalid”. Can’t press order now because it will prompt you to login in. Which you can’t do because this app sucks. As bad as the ratings for this app are, you would think Sarku would do something about it. But clearly they don’t care. Terrible app and even worse company.

Nearly impossible to order
App doesn’t allow for you to order a beverage. It just comes up with a menu that says size required, but won’t let you click anything. Trying to leave feedback in the app, pretty much the same thing happens. It’s like whoever threw this thing together didn’t bother attempting to do basic orders in the app once they were done.

app is unusable, just a blank page and an error message whenever you open it. absolute buns.

I select fried rice or noodles but it doesn’t apply or show on the order so I always end up getting default white rice.

Was working & now it is not
I work at the mall and I have 30 minutes for my break. Ordering ahead on the app allowed me time to pick up my food and actually eat it. Now, I’m standing in line to order and barely have enough time to take a couple of bites before returning to work because your app is not working! You are located in malls so please consider those that work in the mall!

Can’t log in
I can’t use the app. Whenever I attempt to login, I cannot press the button. It’s unavailable.

Can't make an account. Can't log in. Can't register. Can't order food. Worthless terrible app.

Terrible app, great food
I have never in my life, the worst app for ordering food. Absolutely hideously terrible. If The food wasn’t so good. I would give this one star two stars because the food is absolutely delicious.
Add More Options
Can we please add just a salad /cabbage option? I sometimes just want chicken and cabbage, but there is no option. I have to ask an employee to do that for me in-person, which is an extra $1-$2 just for cabbage only.
Wanted food
I wanted some Sarku Japan but the app logged me out and I restarted my password and it literally won’t let mw back it . How upsetting today Sarku lost a potential customer
Not the Easy Button
From the go, the app seems glitchy. Trouble even with it sending a registration code via sms. That ought to be a sign of things to come! Maybe they would rather have the on-line business via a 3rd party?…Caveat Emptor.

Log in Issues
Haven’t had Sarku in a while and they sent me a coupon recently. I have to log in but the log in button is not letting me hit submit. It’s very annoying they need to update their app.
App Issues
This app always log me out and when I need to reset my password, it takes about 10mins for them to send me a code. That is ridiculous. They never have sale promotions for app users. And if I don’t use the app or forget to scan at the restaurant; the app doesn’t allow me to add that receipt onto my account for missing points. Hopefully they can fix their app and improve their mistakes
