個app一開，部電話就開始熱，唔駛三十秒已經勁熱，根本就無得慢慢睇，唔該改善吓，否則買唔到野
Sasa online is very hard to return or exchange
If you buy from Sasa online, you have to return the product via courier only. You can't return it at the store. I bought an eyeshadow palette and Sasa didn't pack it properly. The eyeshadow is broken. The return process is very complicated. You have to pay for all the service yourself and it takes a long time.

Bad App
Too many things, complicated to use. Voucher suddenly go to online shop and cannot be used on physical store. Poor marketing team and IT.
嚴重bug: 經常會冇咗一堆收藏過嘅商品
好攰。已經試過無數次，加咗一大堆商品落「我的收藏」，隔一兩個月之後又唔見咗大部份。唔會再用。
