Great way to learn and improve calisthenics

Great app! Gabo is an amazing teacher, the programs are great and very customizable. The community feature is also a cool, low pressure way to share progress, learn from and be inspired by others. Looking forward to more programs 💪🏼

Great App

I didn’t know where to start with my training for calisthenics but this app taught me all the fundamentals and helped me build a strong base to now starting to work on more advanced skills. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended!!

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s been fantastic for both my mental and fitness goals. As a beginner in yoga and calisthenics, I love how the app offers easy-to-follow exercises that gradually build up strength and flexibility. Honest Review…

Hands down, Saturnomovement is the ultimate calisthenics app out there for all skill levels! The team’s dedication to crafting top notch programs, videos, and tutorials is truly unmatched and visually stunning. Before joining, I already had a solid base in strength and calisthenics skills, but the workouts took my form and endurance to new heights. Fake

Routine is not programmed well and this app has limited skill programs. If you’re a complete beginner this could suffice but there are better apps out there like fitness FAQ’s or THENX. These guys can’t even full planche or front lever themselves. Fraud app 🙅‍♂️ don’t waste your money like I did

You will not be disappointed

Detailed explanations will give you an in depth knowledge of how to perform each exercise. Programs are logically structured and flexible to your level. And the app has a built in section to track your reps and notes for each workout, which is a feature I didn’t realize at first would be so convenient. SaturnoMovement has done the work and takes the guesswork out of calisthenics training.

THE GREATEST CALISTHENICS APP

Easily the best calisthenics app on the market. If you’re looking for a place to track your progress, advance at the perfect pace, all while listening to the advice of a globally renowned calisthenics athlete THIS IS THE APP. I started it out as a beginner in calisthenics and now I feel like Tobey Maguire in Spiderman waking up and realizing I can perform movements and athletic feats I never thought possible. Comprehensive

Duplicate to my review on Android Play Store but I’ll add a little more here. This app is the most comprehensive content I’ve found for calisthenics. Lots of details in each video and there are plenty of videos. I’ve seen some complaints about the price but you get way more than you pay for (calisthenics programs, yoga programs, mobility workouts, lectures, etc). More than that, it’s really setup as a guided tour for your safety and success. Sure, you could just watch some YouTube videos, but I’m a 42 yo surfer who’s been getting drilled by waves for years and I just don’t have anymore time for silly injuries from bad form. This app does it up right. Final note, the team is super proactive and responsive. I posted some banter about “more rings” on an IG post and was super surprised/stoked that they reached back out for more feedback….and if you follow them on social media, you’ll see they’re always doing that (asking what ppl want to know, collecting feedback, etc) If you’re serious about taking care of your body, these guys are the real deal.

Lacking forethought

I’ve been a customer/student for SM academy off and on since his early days on YouTube. The program itself is solid.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because they took all of the website content off which held your progress in the programs and moved it to the app exclusively.

The issue with that is not only do you lose the tracked progress but you also cannot watch the videos on your pc and are restricted to a mobile device.

This isn’t the best if you are older and hard of hearing or your phone isn’t the greatest quality and you can’t effectively do it with corded headphones which means an investment for pods or something similar and you are also restricted to a tiny screen unless you have the a tv or other screen device that you can project your mobile device onto.

I have children and trying to get my phone to compete with surrounding noise is extremely disengaging and they also don’t have the app on the Microsoft store so you can’t download the app on a windows 11 pc.

Not to be insulting but it was a really boneheaded move that seems like it was in the best interest and convenience of the person or people who manage the website but didn’t fully consider the customer/student experience and convenience and it almost made me immediately cancel the subscription out of frustration of trying to find a way to do the program on something other than my phone so I could listen to the lecture and follow the program.

My criticism comes from a genuine place of care and appreciation for the company and program but it’s ironic for a company that focuses on body attunement and spirituality to lack the intuition and awareness in this area.

I still suggest the program immensely but be aware of the silly and what could have been avoidable inconveniences.

I’d give it to 10 stars if I could. The free content is better than every paid course I’ve ever purchased. Movements are meticulously broken down and explained in detail. Absolutely brilliant progressions. Audio and video are great!

Not Free

Bait and switch app. Says Free app! Yep app is free but you got to pay for all content. I frieken hate shysty advertising. I won’t pay for content that says it’s free just to get you to the app so they can charge me. Unscrupulous in my opinion. Shows low morality. It looks like a quality app but I’ll never know. I hope the creators read this and make their add more transparent. If it’s a good app people will talk about it and it will be successful. Don’t sacrifice values for for a higher click through rate.

Great to have an app

I’m following Gabo and the Team for some years now. I think he is one of the best callisthenics YouTubers. He helped me to developed my physics and I learned a lot. The app is structured in a great way and gives you more systematic and easy access to their content. It’s much easier and efficient than searching in YouTube. You have theory and prepared workouts in one place. So, it will save your time for browsing and you will see results much faster. (You still need to workout though)
