I have been using Satvacart for more than a year now and am very happy with the service. It’s prompt and the vegetables and fruits are fresh . Definitely my go to app for quick delivery of groceries.

Doesnt work in IOS device.. not able to register says log in failed as the OTP not detecting..

This is the forth time i m either experiencing late delivery or item not sent when. The order is delivered.
Today the same thing happened and my slot wS changed from 11:30-3:30 which is ridiculous without informing me:
And as i connected on call, i was delighted by MR. SUMIT WHO HAD NO TONE OR SENSE OF APOLOGY AND TOLD ME ON MY FACE “IF YOU SO MANY ISSUES THEN USE THE APP”
I mean rather than owing up to your fault u have team shooing ur clients away..
Kudos to you.

Been using satvacart for a few years now, very good for sameday veggies etc delivery. Just the consistency of services needs to improve.

This is a perfect example of how u can go from an excellent product to down the hill. Initially the service and products were fantastic. Now most vegetables and fruits delivered are of low quality and often rotten. Satvacart despite repeated complaints to you, the goods delivered are substandard and frankly I'm never going to order again.

Worst , Fraud app
Don’t waste your precious money by using this app. They you don’t refund any type of balance and money deducted automatically without any info. Their customer care is also not supported and no means to get sort all issues. They don’t reply even mail also.
Don’t buy, really bad, no customer support, cheaters
these people are cheating by sending raw bad quality fruits. Muliple items will not deliver and you will not get your cash back. For a small size raw papaya charged 120 Rs and its completely raw. Really bad customer support and pathetic app
