Slick and easy!
This must be the most straightforward airline app ever. Go Saudia!!
Saudi airlines
Amazing
Always broken
Fails you during payment and issuing of tickets . Always down !!!
Technical Error !!
It’s been my favorite app, simple, easy to follow steps. Until recently, I tried to book a trip and couldn’t be able due to technical errors every time, not to mention that my last two trips with Saudia got delayed multiple times with no explanation nor clarity on the rescheduled flight time. Basically, I fly with Saudia because no alternative competitor on my route.

Can't receive mobile otp.
So many time try to login ,every time they send mobile number OTP but nothing Received.
Dysfunctional junk
Online check in for simple domestic flying never works. Similar rating as Qatar airways must be some type of consultants work or marketing joke.
Mr

All smooth but multi-city
I like that I am able to navigate with ease but find it challenging to not be able to book multicity.

Fix your app lol
Unfortunately the app has a lot of technical issues, first of all my miles don’t get updated on the app even though it’s there on the website — and when i uninstalled the app and downloaded it again so i could get my miles i noticed that after log in all my information got deleted and i couldn’t upload them…
I had to uninstalled for the second time to fix that issue.
Please fix your app it’s terrible.
