I like that I am able to navigate with ease but find it challenging to not be able to book multicity.

Fix your app lol
Unfortunately the app has a lot of technical issues, first of all my miles don’t get updated on the app even though it’s there on the website — and when i uninstalled the app and downloaded it again so i could get my miles i noticed that after log in all my information got deleted and i couldn’t upload them…
I had to uninstalled for the second time to fix that issue.
Please fix your app it’s terrible.

À l’aller depuis Paris, c’était un sans-faute ! Au retour, en revanche, l’agent d’escale a été particulièrement désagréable. Depuis quand les femmes n’ont-elles pas le droit de s’asseoir au niveau des issues de secours ? À l’aller, nous y étions pourtant parfaitement installées. Je n’achète plus jamais de siège à l'avance! une fois, j’ai payé 35 € pour qu’on me soutienne à l’aéroport que je n'avais rien réservé, alors que j’avais bien été débitée. Et évidemment, pour obtenir un remboursement, c’est le parcours du combattant

Otp issues
App works well until an otp can only be sent to a phone number and no alternative email prompt available. Otp to USA or many non GCC numbers doesn’t come through. I’ve had to use an alternative number of a relative to access my account. We open issues and you close them without it being resolved.
