Bugs and terrible customer service chat
Customer service chat never works. I have seen numerous bugs.

It would be great to have the ability to select the code either via SMS or email when you access your booking, instead when are trying to cancel or change seats. Also, I had 6 trips and one wouldn’t allow me to pick between SMS code or email, I was not able to change it.

Worst Airline
We traveled to perform umrah. Experienced as a worst airline, rudely treated and when we stuck during war, zero help was offered, we had to pay more than £1000, but they never responded our complaint. They were just saying go to our website and register complaint but there was no response. We had to come back with other airline.

Confirmation texts don’t come, update passenger info doesn’t work… bugged and frustrating
Horrible treatment
They sent me an offer to book Through Almosafer and receive double the miles. Now Ive been contacting them back and fourth for 8 times and still haven’t received a the answer as why wasn’t the offer applied. Customer service end the chat mid conversation without allowing me to explain. Disrespectful, terrible
