Worst Airline
We traveled to perform umrah. Experienced as a worst airline, rudely treated and when we stuck during war, zero help was offered, we had to pay more than £1000, but they never responded our complaint. They were just saying go to our website and register complaint but there was no response. We had to come back with other airline.

Confirmation texts don’t come, update passenger info doesn’t work… bugged and frustrating
Horrible treatment
They sent me an offer to book Through Almosafer and receive double the miles. Now Ive been contacting them back and fourth for 8 times and still haven’t received a the answer as why wasn’t the offer applied. Customer service end the chat mid conversation without allowing me to explain. Disrespectful, terrible

This app has the worst OTP verification system

It doesn’t work the way it should. If you want to edit passenger details such as passport number, expiry etc, it throws an error. Furthermore, you won’t get OTPs on your mobile number as well. This is the worst app of all the airline apps I have used thus far, super restrictive. The only way to make any kind of change, be it big or small, you need to call their helpline number, so good luck with that!

Top experience on return
I flew back from Riyadh on Saudia recently and have to commend the staff. They really went above and beyond in particular one member of staff but didn’t catch their name. Experience can vary and flight delays are inevitable on some journeys.
