Why when you’re logged into the app it’s asking you to put your frequent flyer miles number when it should already be there!!!?!!! Doesn’t make any sense. Smh.
Full of errors
Needs to be reviewed and fixed, seems very slow with lots of errors and glitches.
Saudia is fabulous!
I love Saudia- the first time I was going to fly Saudia I was a little apprehensive. But, from that very first time, I fell in love with Saudia. Their business class experience has always proven to be one of exceeding expectations with respect to their fantastic middle eastern hospitality, food and crew interaction. I have flown more than 6 round trips between Dubai and JFK in the past 2 years, either direct or via Europe, and each time Saudia didn’t disappoint. The seats are a generous size, the airplane is clean both in the cabin and bathrooms. The ground staff is very helpful and that element of customer first is carried out through the entire travel experience.

Absolutely terrible UX
The User Experience in this app is atrocious and confusing and everything is moving at a glacial pace. And there is always discrepancy in their Notifications when flights are cancelled or delayed.

The application is old dated, slow, and needs a lot more of improvements.

I can’t even log into my account - because the app won’t send OTP via SMS to a non-Saudia number.

This is really the best Airline I have ever flown with, the space between the seats is incredible, the food and the staff are fantastic.
Not working correctly
Wish I could give a negative rating, from past month I was trying to login but I was not able to receive otp on my phone but now when it worked, the app is taking me in loop by making login again and again. Worst app ever

برنامج الخطوط السعودية لا يعمل بشكل المطلب ولا يستجيب عند الحجز والسداد حاولة اكثر من 5 مرات حتى تمكنت من حجز هذه الرحلة .
