SaunaLog Session Tracker

SaunaLog tracks every sauna session so you can see how your habit builds over time. Record temperature in Celsius, duration in minutes, cooldown time, a perceived benefit rating from 1 to 5, and any notes. A session list shows your recent history and a 7-day chart plots perceived benefit trends. Summary statistics show your total session count, average duration, and average temperature. SwiftData stores all records locally.
