Приложение ничего недает сделать

В мобильном приложении просто нет ни каких функций! Заблокировали контроллер, почему, не понятно, какие настройки на контроллере, да не поймешь. Ставишь данные по отправке в соответствии с тарифом, раз в час, отправляет раз в 59 минут, тебя блокируют, сбросить показатели контроллека к счетчику нельзя, понять, что это нужно нельзяс, а устройства продают…отвратительно. Зачем приложение на ios - если оно не работает и не содержит и половины функций?

Несколько лет работало нормально, но вот уже как 3 месяца не могу снимать показания, служба поддержки не отвечает. Прошу выйти с обратной связью

Удобное приложение

Основные показатели, включая показания всех подключенных счётчиков, их расположение и остаток заряда батарей отображаются. Период обновления можно настроить в личном кабинете. Неудобно реализовано отображение графика, каждый раз приходится его искать в меню и перенастраивать
