Doesn’t work with anything you. Can’t log into the app. Can’t get a replacement card.

Totum Helped me save thousands
When you are on a Budget and make your money go further, I came across Totum which Helped me save thousands in hard times

Just done my membership and already regretting it. The tickets are more expensive with the Totum card than without it. Well worth it 🙄🤡🤡🤡

Don’t waste your money
I purchased the TOTUM plus membership & seriously regret doing so. The discount offers are no better than those offered for free through other discount cards. The app is appalling. Constantly tries to flog upgrades I have already purchased & attempts to purchase offers has been unacceptably challenging with offer codes failing to be applied. Additionally, attempts to read the digital card QR code is hampered by the TOTUM logo constantly flashing across it.

Watch out for subscriptions!
Really annoying that a lot of the offers have in the small print that you get the deal, then a subscription starts.
You can stop the subscription, but it’s a cheeky way of hoping you forget. I hate the underhanded way this is done.

Poor experience
Couldn’t complete an order to buy a MacBook Air as I kept getting prompted to enter a valid delivery postcode, despite my postcode being completely legitimate.

ID verification tool unusable
The ID verification tool is completely unusable. The scanner doesn’t address my iPhone camera correctly so I have a choice of the image being either too far away or too blurry for verification. Liveness detection is glitching and always cycling through a futile cycle of fails and reattempts without giving the user an opportunity to address anything. Lastly, passport photographs upload fails and it keeps saying to try again. I struggle to see how you can make the app any worse if you tried…

confusing and buggy
I have no idea how to use this and the app is full of bugs. For example, error when trying to load the virtual card/add to wallet.
I paid for Totum+ and was then asked to buy Totum cash back. Are these the same or not? It’s so unclear. No guidance on this. I wanted to save on groceries and it talks about topping up the card, but no obvious way to do so on Totum+
ID check failed so I had to get the non ID card and pay the same, which is very annoying as it’s their issue (I’m well past 18 as a mature student, so not too big of an issue in practice, though it would have saved me risking losing my licence when out).
Also the app is so spammy and most of the offers require you to take an extra step or sign up to something- which is basically not an offer, since my data has value. Could just go direct to the retailer if there are extra conditions. frustrating and wish I did t waste my money.
