Won’t open
Unfortunately the app will no longer open.. despite having the latest update
Absolutely infuriating
So if I know exactly what I’m looking for, and I know that it’s in stock, and I know the exact name of it, you would think that I would be able to find it by searching for it. You’d think typing in the exact name of something would cause it to come up pretty high in a search. I shouldn’t have to dig to the third page of search results to find something that is related to the product that I want.
(You should also prioritize things I’ve favourited, so they come up higher in the search for those items. Knowing something’s exact name and having it favourited should guarantee finding an item on the first page. I don’t want to dig through my favourites and six pages of search results for my regular items)
They keep changing the store that I am ordering from for no reason, to a store half an hour away. Sometimes I don’t notice until I get to my usual store, and then realize that you changed it again without telling me. And changing your store manually after filling your cart, deletes half of the things in your cart. So any itemized shopping you were doing from the list, you gotta start that all over again and reading the whole list even the items that are there to make sure they’re still there.
And that’s not even the most frustrating part. The most frustrating thing is the performance. It will freeze and lag for no reason when you do things like tap on the search box, scroll, type, pretty much every step. If your shopping list is in another app and you have to multitask back and forth, expect to waste several minutes just waiting for the UI today.

Signing In
I have to constantly sign into the app to view or use any of the features and sign in is slow. Once the app is on my phone I want an option to stay signed in.

My offers had now changed it is preloaded for you.
I liked it better when you could load the products that you use.
Example — I don’t use pampers, I can’t eat pepperoni stick etc

Glitchy
For one of the richest companies in the country, you’d think they could have a decent app. It randomly removes items from my cart, doesn’t bring up the most obvious items in a search, and keeps freezing and glitching.
Items Not Being Added to Cart
Update to banana problem. Realized that produce in which you pick more than one will not get added to Cart. I ordered 6 Roma tomatoes, 6 bananas, and several apples and they did not appear in my cart. If you order just one of the items - it will appear in your cart and you have to increase the number you want from the cart page.

I add 6 bananas everytime I place an order and everytime I pick up my order at the store there are no bananas.
To test it out I added 6 organic bananas and 6 regular bananas to my online cart and then went to the cart page and guess what no bananas. After selecting they are not actually being added to the cart.

Frustrated
Has been okay so far- but the last 2 days it won’t let me get past “contacting your bank” page. Very frustrating

For the last while produce disappears from my cart before check out. You add it in and seconds later it’s gone.
Used it yesterday
Used the app yesterday and now it won’t show me my offers. Tried to delete and reinstall and now it won’t allow me to even log in
App stopped working
Since the update to iOS 26 this app has stopped working! It has been a few months now. When you try to open the app, it doesn’t open, crashes instantly, and take you back to whatever screen you were on. I can sign in on the website so I don’t think it is an identification issue.
Bad
Not a good app. Flyer doesn’t display properly and when you tap on the item it shows something completely different.
Glitch with substitute all
It’s a good app but there is a glitch when you select substitutions allowed for all. If you switch to a specific substitution rather than shopper, it doesn’t show up on the after purchase screen. If have to uncheck the box at the top of your cart then for each item pick shopper or specific replacement. It then sends them to the shopper. It took a few times of wondering why I didn’t get the replacement I wanted to figure out what was happening. Please correct this glitch so I can go back to only doing some changes rather than every item. Thanks.

Always glitchy
I wish this app worked better. Set up an order and it wouldn’t let me pass the enter address page. It’s happened numerous times. Been using superstore for a while because of this,, just have it another chance and it still sucks
