Takes payment before order number is generated
App charges you for your order before generating an order number and doesn’t tell you if it went through. Extremely slow sign in process too.

Whoever wrote this app has never ordered food in their life, or even thought about what it would be like. That inexperience and lack of thought shines brightly.
I can’t leave notes or answer questions that the person preparing the food would ask, such as “what would you like on your sandwich?” Or “how would you like this cooked?” The cheeseburgers come without vegetables and I have no way to ask for them. I have no way to indicate how I want the meat cooked. I have no way of expressing almost any preference at all, it’s insane. Anyone who has ever ordered food in their life would know to make these things possible in a food ordering application.

worst app ever
literally the worst app i’ve ever used. constantly freezing and crashing. wish my job used a different company

Can’t Create account
It would be great if I could use this app but it simply will not allow me to create an account and if I try as a guest it doesn’t locate the kitchen I need to order from.

Embarassing
This app is so poorly designed and maintained. I can’t stand the fact that I am forced to use it. I feel utter despair upon opening the app.
Barely Functional
App constantly freezes and crashes. Perhaps the most poorly-designed feature is that it makes you select a time before making an order. However if you don’t submit the order fast enough, it will tell you that the time slot is “no longer available” and to select a new time (which doesn’t work), leaving your only option to be starting the entire order from scratch. Poorly designed, not user friendly, and the dev team for this app should be genuinely embarrassed.

Broken App
This app just straight up doesn’t work.
Completely Useless
If you need this app to order lunch at work, congrats on the weight loss journey you’re about to go on. It literally won’t let you log in let alone make an order.

A truly miserable experience. Extremely slow and laggy, seemly at random. No improvements ever. If you are a business looking for an ordering app, choose ANY other.
A horrible redesign
Our cafeteria started using this new version of what was the Eatify software and now the entire ordering process has gone right down the drain. We can no longer walk up to our sandwich grill and chat up the employee working the grill. The employees even had our favorite orders memorized and could make them quickly. Now they are reduced to reading paper slips and have no time to talk. The whole process is horrible and I wish we could go back.

Unable to use it
I tried to set up an account but the button to accept terms and conditions and the privacy policy did not work. Tried to use as a guest but was unable to change location from a cafeteria in Denver; I am several states away from Colorado. I deleted the app.
Very hard to use.
Should be replaced.

It’s hard to view the available times. It won’t scroll to them. Can this be fixed?
One more feature
Great app- everyone at the office uses it for the grill on the first floor. It’s missing one feature: text! A way to ask the kitchen to do something extra, like leave out a standard ingredient. You could even make it an extra $.50 feature on the order. That would make it complete.
