Frustrating
Doesn’t update in a timely manner. Has downtime for maintenance in the middle of a business day. Limited functionality. Needs to be better to be taken seriously.
One the worst bank apps used
1. App keeps hanging with circling rainbow despite restart many times 2. Even after login it hangs again and again Terrible for a bank that makes so many big PR claims about its services… and still launch a lousy app for the highest tier of clients. Existing 5* ratings are probably from own staff working in IT team
