Significant improvement vs previous versions. Would love to see more functionality in the app to remove need to go into branches.
Very basic banking app
It would be nice to add payees from the app for example
Behind the times
Compared to the new start up banks this App is so far behind the times. Cumbersome and archaic. Nothing good to say really
Cannot do much
Cannot do much on the app, like freeze/stop your cards because they are lost or misplaced. Cards cannot be added to Apple Pay like other banks. You also cannot chat with customer care etc
Device Registered on multiple devices
The App doesn’t seem to recognize when you’ve removed the app from another device and want to install it in a new phone.
At that point you can’t login on rather apps, or get the security code to log in through the browser.
