Can’t scan my vehicle.
Just bought a C5 Aircross. Downloaded this app. Then presented with a page that simple states ‘Add vehicle’ but there is not button or instructions to add vehicle. Tried the contact us link looking for support but this takes me to a web page that doesn’t exist. I’d like some help please! Otherwise what is the point in this app?

Won’t let me add my car
It says to check my network but the network is fine. I tried deleting and reinstalling wit no luck. It won’t connect to Citroen support either. Very disappointing

Paper manual please
I just want a book that I can read about my car in. £33000 + and no book. Poor do!!
Very intuitive app
The visual navigation works really well and makes it very easy to find the information you need. I would have given 5 stars but I found the font size a bit small in places. Good app though.

A great car for travelling around Europe. c5 air cross has space for all the luggage, is economical and very comfortable to drive.
Basic Manual in Your Pocket
Concise but very useful information covering all the major operations of the car. However I have opted for the paper manual to ensure I have access to a more comprehensive document if needed. Very dependent upon a good internet signal if ever needed for use in remote areas.

Electric Berlingo chosen but wrong manual
Rubbish it doesn’t allow input of registration properly and the e-Berlingo manual is not for an electric car.

This is a clever idea and generally leads you to the answer though it can be a bit clunky. Better than a paper manual.
Difficult to find information
I would much prefer a paper manual as this is a nightmare to navigate. A one stop menu would be a useful addition

No customisation let’s this down
You have to enter your vin but then the manual includes items not relevant to your model. Come on Citroen. This is the 21st century.
Changing miles to kilometres is hidden but a quite common thing to do.

A poor substitute
Was told this was meant to be a replacement for the car manual. The image recognition software doesn’t work most of the time and it’s especially not tested for night use.

Not good enough, some items don’t work and there is missing information
Good app to hace a manual that you would expect thorough, not quite there. Missing info about configuration of accompany lights and the helpdesk contact doesn’t work.

Were is Turkey county option?
There us no Turkey option to select from menu. Therefore unable to confirm registration number and see manual
Upgraded and lost my van!
Why does this no longer allow berlingo van pre 01/11/18? Used to now no longer have access to manual for my van registered in June 2018. Not impressed.
