No meat
Wife got a turkey bacon club. No meat no bacon on the sandwich. Pretty bad. May be my last time going

Never silverware
I never get napkins or silverware… I ordered Mac and cheese no silverware and no access to any so I have to throw it away or something… very disappointing
Worth the Drive
I live closest to the Schlotzsky’s off Wheatland, but will drive a bit away to the Cedar Hill location because the quality and customer service is much better.
Broken??
The app no longer has anything except an order screen, for pick up or delivery, store locations and map. No menu to access rewards or account info.

Please mark the sandwiches
When we order different sandwiches, it would be nice if they marked them so we didn’t have to get back in line to figure out which is which

They charge a fee to use the ap?! The customer chose to use your ap, took their time to place the order and they charge a fee! Greedy company.

I love Schlotzsky’s it’s the best sandwich place. Not much more to say. I’ve been all over the world and haven’t found one that is better. Some that are almost equal but just almost.
I paid for what I didn’t get
Exactly that. I paid extra to add avocado to my sandwich. I have been eating Schlotsky’s ( in a different state) for a decade with avocado slices on my sandwiches. I got avocado paste spread lighter than the mustard.
The store did offer to remake the sandwich that I could “come pick up” (I’m practically homebound and my son dropped my order off on his way to work.) So they are refunding the extra charge sometime in the next 2 weeks. (depends on my bank they say)
There is no place on the app to add that someone else will be picking up the order.
The auto-survey asked what was wrong but would not pull up the iPhone keyboard to say why.
IDK compared to the other fast food apps — it is just meh.

Service fee
If you order on the app, they now collect a “service fee” at the end as an additional fee

Schlotzskys had such amazing food. Annnnnd the cinnamon rolls. Heaven on your lips but hell on your hips. They are worth it though!!
Can’t log in
Horrible app, it keeps saying my password or email are wrong and no matter how many times I change my password, the app won’t let me log in

What the hell are they talking me a fee for? I’m already paying for the damn food.
App Fee
It is ridiculous that Schlotzsky’s is now charging a fee to order through the app. This should just be a part of your operating expenses not an additional expense to the customer. Plus adding a tip to the order without even asks is just wrong.
