Your Lufkin, Tx store is always on point! The lady at the Drive Thru was so kind and so sweet! Your Lufkin store is always get my orders right. I usually don’t go inside due to I have a special needs child that and she does not do well in restaurant settings so we mainly utilize Drive Thrus if available. The amount of meat on the sandwiches is definitely worth every dime!! I can’t wait to go back!!

Crazy that we receive a surcharge for using this app. Get with it Schlotzsky’s. I’m saving you time and money by ordering on the app.
connection issues
I don’t think I’ve ever seen an app before that required you to connect to Wi-Fi in order to use it. Most apps worked perfectly fine off cell service.

So frustrating
This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to scan rewards on the app. All it allows me to do is log in and order food. No other choice, no menu besides setting a location and choosing a time to order food. Horrible site.

App adds all kinds of fees that DoorDash and others don’t. I don’t like adding another meal’s worth of fees and charges onto my order. The only reason I didn’t use DoorDash is because they didn’t have all the salads listed which forced me to use their app.

Rewards problems
The app itself is nice to navigate and easy to use but has some problems. With the few times I have used it, the rewards system has some problems with orders down through the app. My first order did not award me the full points for my order. And my second order awarded me zero of the points it should have. Support has been slow to reply, (almost 3 days after I initially made a support request to reply) and has informed me that only an itemized receipt with a barcode to give me my rewards point, which I don’t have since it was a mobile order that was already prepaid. This has been a nightmare for a rewards system that should have automatically applied the points to my account from mobile orders to begin with.

All you can do is select delivery or pickup. No home page to add rewards or bar code to scan. Completely useless app
Fees & Tips out of control
The pressure to tip people who aren’t seating you nor taking your food to your table is wrong. Even worse when the same place expects a tip for take out order. Today I noticed I was being charged a service fee for using the app to place a to go order. Feeding three people for $60 is too much for fast food

Never silverware
I never get napkins or silverware… I ordered Mac and cheese no silverware and no access to any so I have to throw it away or something… very disappointing
Worth the Drive
I live closest to the Schlotzsky’s off Wheatland, but will drive a bit away to the Cedar Hill location because the quality and customer service is much better.
