Buggiest app ever made
This app is filled with bugs, which are extremely impractical for an educational app, Having important information especially if you are in the 10th standard. The app doesn’t refresh messages quickly and sometimes The refresh option doesn’t even work, the only thing that works properly are the notifications. Not to mention all the crashes. It crashes every 5 minutes.
All of these problems are yet to be fixed even after my 5 years of using this app. Do not use this

It’s crashing even after the update
After the previous update last week the app stopped working on my iphone 14 plus with latest ios. It kept crashing on launch. I noticed a new update available on app store today and went for it hoping it’d have fixed the bug but alas it was not to be. The app is still crashing on launch, even after a phone restart.

App Crashing and doesn’t share latest update posted by School
Sharing this review after using this app for more than 6 months, I have noticed that the app is crashing frequently, not able to open app.
Also when I open the app it doesn’t show the post shared by school. I have to keep refreshing multiple times. Worst app seen in my phone.

DO NOT USE
The app has way too many problems. It keeps crashing and the ui disappears and you can’t even use it since it crashes. I really hope the developers fix the problems completely or either partially because there are too many problems
Keeps freezing
I have iOS and this application freezes all the time. I must access it daily to check my son’s homework and not a day goes by when I don’t curse it because I have to restart it multiple times just to see a message
Crashing frequently
After installing the application, app works good till login page. After that it just goes in setting up mode for indefinite time… and if you close and try to open the app again.. it just crashes and close the app within milliseconds
App need huge fix..
App crashes again and again.. takes too long to load data specially photos.. if u click on back arrow it takes u no where... have to restart ths app to see different entries at same time... A lot of improvements are needed...
Functioning problems
The app hangs a lot during important times after the new update. Please, developers fix this issue as soon as possible as otherwise it is a good app.
Very buggy and not a well made app!
The app is very buggy and frequently freezes up . The tracker feature is fairly inaccurate and since there is no time stamp on when the last updated location was received you can’t trust the tracking !

Updates result in either crashes or breakage of functionality on iOS
The app frequently crashes particularly after updating the app.
I had the Tracker functionality working fine, however after a previous update, it wasn’t functioning as expected.
On clicking the received Notification, the corresponding Notice board opens, but I don’t see the latest Notices.
Refreshing does not display the new Notices.
The latest update which I tried today also had same problems. So I deleted the app and reinstalled and now the app is stuck in Setting up state after I entered my ID and password.
Please ensure the updates being pushed don’t cause any breakage in functionality and special attention to the Tracker functionality which is the most important feature.

Very bad app
I downloaded it for IoS and it does nit work properly. It takes a lot if time to load and once it's open starts working abruptly. Update has made its' functioning worse. On clicking notifications app closes automatically. Overall very poor performace
Apps and customer care both are working in a same manner
Apps is not working properly at ios ,sometimes it’s show O trip and I see able to connect .. also not get the notification sometimes

Please fix the problem in ios this app doesn’t work properly ,notifications is coming but as we click bell icon there won’t be any news or home connect, nothing will work under bell icon please fix we r facing problems as we r not able to view the work which school is sending to our child
Badly maintained- App had so many glitches
The app after I reinstalled is not loading the login option page also, after I select the country, not working on new ios/ iPhones. Takes so much time to load the tracker data as well and doesn’t show route tracker “blue line” to know what’s the next location the school bus would go to; neither give “about to arrive” notifications; the app doesn’t not serve the purpose at all.

It does not work properly in ios when i sent work it take too much time and sometime it exit automatically from the class and i have also an issue "How to delete Broadcast list"
Many issues in sharing homework
The app does not let me send the homework pictures. Have been trying many times to attach homework via Reply button on homework. It just does not attach. Keeps coming to previous page.

Not user friendly
I would have liked separate folders for each subject and tick mark option for homework done. Bold titles for unread messages. So many features are missing. It’s just an app where teachers can post and everything comes in a list form in one place
