Apps that sell products that don't match the product description
I bought a ticket because it said I could use it every day, but I could only use it after 2 weeks. Customer center said no refund. Worst experience ever.
Very buggy
Used to be great but lately it’s buggy. If you search for Bali as a destination, it says there are none available. If you go into a package you then can’t get back out of it. Needs some serious bug fixes and testing.
What a flop!
Scoopon as a concept is great. Good to use through a web browser. However, I have the app and as soon as I open a deal it freezes. I can’t scroll down the page or go back. Really frustrating. Better to just use luxury escapes as the have the same deals.

Hard to navigate
This app is very difficult to navigate, there is no back option, so if you click on a certain product you have tore enter a new search and start again. Just one. Of the frustrations I have experienced with this app. Needs attention.
Don’t believe the reviews. This app doesn’t work!
It is so odd this app has a 4.7 star average. It barely works. You can’t choose a date, go back a page, it’s search is faulty… basically doesn’t do what you need it to do to actually buy something. Seriously, do something Scoopon?!?

I cannot log in via the app, it says “undefined is not an object (evaluating 'response.headers.get')” when I try to log in.
The deals don’t appear either when you click the deal.

Latest update has broken this app
Since the latest update Aug 22 the app is slow on a 12 Pro, deals don’t appear, it’s just a white screen, when they do you can’t click on anything……uses to work but now it doesn’t!

I can’t log on anymore!

Great value and great setting. Central to the city and delicious cheese platter!
Super annoying
I used to use this app a lot but not it defaults to Sydney every time I open it. Needs to have a setting to remember which city you’re in
New app has a nice layout but is missing key features
The new UI and layout of her app is much nicer and easier to read the details of deals.
Although there are constant issues with the app crashing when trying to view deals or trying to interact with actions (e.g. book online). The FAQ section does not work in the app and is not viewable.
Also, the my current location feature doesn’t work and the chosen city location in the app is not remembered - it always defaults to Sydney even though I have selected Melbourne and have a Melbourne l postcode included in my profile details.
Other basic missing features in Scoopon that other similar apps (Groupon, etc) have are:
1. Can’t share a deal with people or on social media, etc
2. Can’t save or favourite a deal
3. Can’t remember my location or chosen City

Can’t access vouchers
When I try and view the voucher, on my phone and iPad, the voucher does not display. This has proven to be horrible at the restaurant who insist on scanning the QR code. Removed and reinstalled the app, still doesn’t work. I am so fed up with issues with the service, the app and the offers, I won’t be using Scoopon again.

One issue...
All the offers are great! But there’s no search function. I gotta scroll through all the stuff I don’t want to find the stuff I do want!
App is pretty useless
I can’t view my credits. It keeps coming up saying (page not found 404 error).
Has a calendar option to book but then gives an error saying you can’t book.
The info and pics of the holidays are good.

No filter options
Trying to find what I’m looking for is a nightmare. Can’t filter by location (other than major cities), can’t filter by price, so just struggling through pages upon pages of things that don’t interest me. Going to Groupon or AllDeals.
Got burnt by a deal
Got burnt by a deal because I didn’t read the fine print. Was refused a refund despite not claiming the deal.
