Hello MusicMac, Sorry for just getting back to you! We are actually not allowed to store the location of the scooters, that would be a violation of their guidelines (although I 100% agree that would be ideal). We require you to log in to the providers that require it in order to access their inventory. As we said, we know it's annoying but your information should store within the app after the first login! Edit: I understand your frustration, but I don’t think you understand “guidelines” the vendors put out. By entering your information, it is actually YOU requesting data from THEM. We simply serve as a way to view all the inventory on one screen. My service would get shut down by some vendors if we “store” the location of their products (scooters) which is what would be needed unless YOU make the requests from your device. I know software is a bit complicated for some to understand, hopefully I explained it well. (side note..as a senior level engineer, i am 100% capable of writing code to simply save the location of ALL the scooters, but I don’t want to violate terms) I hope you understand and update your review/ratings.

Hello MeganReel, My sincere apologies and thanks for bringing this to our attention! One of the scooter providers made a programming change on us and we had to issue an update for the fix! Please download the updated version (v 1.2.9) and let us know at support@scootersnearme.app if you are still experiencing issues. Once again, thanks for letting us know!
