Once I downloaded the correct app Scottish power app was very simple compared to other ( non tesla) charging points !
App doesn’t show charge delivered
All very good. Only issue was that the app doesn’t seem to show the charge delivered during charging with my car. Remained at zero throughout. Citroen Berlingo.

So easy to get the app working and my session started
Unable to login or sign up
Login and signup doesn’t work with Google, Apple, Email or phone. Clearly it hasn’t been tested.
Eternal signup loop
Trying to sign into the app sends you into an eternal loop of putting in a password and then inputting the verification code and then getting the password not recognised. Total waste of time. All the chargers in my area will be changing to this supplier in the next few weeks. I hope this is not a taste of what the service will be like.

Can’t agree to terms
Signed up, but terms agreement button was covered by another screen ( seems like 2 screens on together) so could not complete. Don’t developers check their work, or do they think they are perfect?
Invalid sign up process
Sign up process doesn’t work with phone number or email. Sign up but can’t sign in
Simply doesn’t work
Takes money but doesn’t start charging.
