Trop de bug

Cela fait maintenant deux mois que j’utilise l’application, je n’ai pas arrêté d’avoir des bugs dans la récupération de mes enregistrements dans la retranscription des éléments. J’ai déjà fait deux réclamations. La première a été résolue. La deuxième reste sans réponse. Et là je me retrouve avec deux enregistrements de réunion que je ne peux pas récupérer parce que l’outil a planté. La première fois le service client était plutôt réactif et à trouver une solution au bout d’une semaine la fois suivante, je n’ai pas eu de réponse, il y a d’autres applications beaucoup plus fiable qui ne nous laissent pas en plan pour récupérer les synthèses de réunion.

The Ai tool I didn’t know I needed

I do not usually take the time to write reviews, but this one earned it.

ScreenApp has quietly become one of the most valuable tools in my day to day workflow. It records my live meetings without friction. It captures conversations clearly. not even 5 minutes in and we get a free trial? we cant even skip this. 8.33 per month! all the ratings on the app is fake. This also uses ai! they say that ai is gonna take over but all it does is literally nothing! We should have no such thing for a free trial. The ratings are just from the developers. and so on. please don’t play this.

They would have hidden ways to get you sign up and then charge exorbitant amount of 1 year subscription without you even knowing that
Their service will absolutely not resolve anything for you.

Literally can't do anything

This is utterly useless, they want $99 per year and it can't even do what I want. I just want to translate the audio of a video to English and no one can do that. This was recommended to me by AI, which was not one of the options in your stupid questionnaire at the start. Literally utterly useless, this app did absolutely nothing. And then they want $99 a year to do nothing. Thanks for nothing.

Dishonest company, not worth it

This is one that is not worth the trouble. They will offer you a free trial, but buyer beware, you will be billed before it has even ended and they will refuse to refund. Not worth the trouble.

Stay Away

Like the post called BOGUS, my experience makes me wonder if this is legit. I tried the 3-day trial but found the DELETE button was not active. I wrote Customer Service to request cancellation, have not yet had a reply. I will change my credit card if needed but BE ADVISED!

I don't recommend it. I paid for a week's subscription, but more than 24 hours have passed, and the features still don't work. An error message keeps popping up. Customer support hasn't responded for over 24 hours, so it's a waste of money.
